where he d. in 1816, He was a carpenter and with His brother Stephen built the
first meeting house there in 1794; chosen deacon of the baptist church in 1799;
Farmer. Four sons and six daughters. maybe more.

a son were killed coming back from Boston. He md. Elizabeth Hinson. She was
with
Him and captured in Apr 1708, spend two years in Canada, writing letters and
arranging
his release and returned in 1710, only to be killed by indians, Apr 1712.

Ebenezer was a soldier in the revolution from Wells. in Captain Samuel
Sayer's company, Colonel James Seammon's Regiment in 1775; also in Captain
James Stedman's Company in 1776. He was the only Ebenezer Littlefield form
maine.
In the 1790 Census He must have had 3 sons and 2 daughters.
