Francis Harvey was in the 1810 census Kennbec co, town of Winthrop pg 900.
Deeds year 1814 - 1844 for Penobscot co, MAine have a Francis Harvey buying
land in Blakesburg Aug 14, 1814.This is the only Deed for Francis in the index.
