1820 Census for Exeter, Penobscot, Maine
John Hill pg 023.
1810 Census - Exeter was not a city yet. But there was no listing for a John
Hill in Hancock County.Need to look New Hampshire.
Since in the exeter 1850 Census The oldest son John L is born 1810 in New
hampshire, and Albert is born iin 1811 in Exeter. John may have been moving when
that census was taken and missed. But remember that John's contemporaries say
they are in their late 60 & 70 & born in Mass. Maybe they left Mass. &
traveled through New Hampshire on their way to Exeter.
