Anti-Christ, and the House of Feasting |
"There was a man in the land of Uz, whose name was Job; and that man was perfect and upright, and one that feared God and eschewed evil. And there were born to him seven sons and three daughters. His substance also was seven thousand sheep, and three thousand camels, and five hundred yoke of oxen, and five hundred she asses, and a very great household; so that this man was the greatest of all men of the east. And his sons went and feasted in their houses, every one his day; and sent and called for their sisters to eat and drink with them. And it was so, when the days of their feasting were gone about, that Job sent and sanctified them, and rose up early in the morning, and offered burnt offerings according to the number of them all; for Job said, it may be that my sons have sinned, and cursed God in their hearts, Thus did Job continually. |
Job was a righteous man, who feared God and eschewed evil. Job had a knowledge of God -like the knowledge that comes by hearing (cf. Job 42:5) --as Job himself said of the Lord, "I have heard of thee by the hearing of the ear".
Before his time of great tribulation, Job (like the church) had a knowledge of God. But in his limited human perception, Job (like the church) lacked understanding of "the ways of God". Not only did Job lack understanding of this aspect of the Nature of God, Job (like the church) tried to search out the ways of God in his own (limited) human understanding and as a result, he lacked understanding of the absolute Sovereignty of God, the Omniscience of God, and he was ignorant concerning the Mercy, Grace and even the Providence of God in allowing suffering. Job (like the church) questioned the "purposes of God" in suffering and so, in the midst of his affliction, Job (like the church) sought to contend with His Creator in this question of suffering, even cursing the day he was born and questioning the Wisdom of His Creator & the very purposes of God in allowing him to suffer.
Although Job (like the church) thought he already "knew God"before his trials, -it was through his suffering, in the midst of his trials that Job learned lessons about the Character and Nature of God that he might not have been able to learn any other way. In the end Job is reduced to "dust and ashes" in true repentance of heart and mind toward Almighty God. Job heard God "out of the whirlwind"!
How can you really know the providence of God and the sufficiency of His grace to carry you through, --if you have never been tried in the fire? In the end, Job declares "I have heard of thee by the hearing of the ear, but now mine eye seeth Thee, wherefore I abhore myself and repent in dust and ashes." (Job 42:5 KJV)
In the Book of Eccl. we are told that the heart of the wise is in the house of mourning, but the heart of fools is in the house of mirth. And we are also told that contrary to the way men tend to think," sorrow is better than laughter" -it is better to go to the "house of mourning" than the "house of feasting".
"It is better to go to the house of mourning, than to go to the house of feasting: for that is the end of all men; and the living will lay it to his heart. Sorrow is better than laughter: for by the sadness of the countenance the heart is made better. The heart of the wise is in the house of mourning; but the heart of fools is in the house of mirth. It is better to hear the rebuke of the wise, than for a man to hear the song of fools. For as the crackling of thorns under a pot, so is the laughter of the fool: this also is vanity." (Eccl. 7:2-6 KJV) |
Since the scripture tells us that a "merry heart is like medicine" then why does the scripture also tell us that sorrow is better than laughter, and that the house of mourning is better than the house of mirth?
The answer is that there is a difference between between rejoicing in the Lord and the self-deceptive laughter of a fool in his folly.
How then is a man corrected and turned from his folly? The answer is: the same way God always corrects men who will not hear Him, the same way He corrected Israel in her folly --by the sadness of the countenance the heart (our spiritual hearing) is "made better".
Notice it was only after Job had suffered the loss of all things, --it was at the end of great suffering and extreme tribulation, that Job "hears God" out of the whirlwind and Job "sees God" Through the things that he suffered, he learned obedience and in the end, Job receives a confrontational revelation of Jesus Christ! And in the Light of Who HE IS! --Job abhors himself and repents in dust and ashes!
The churches have need of a confrontational "in your face" revelation of Jesus Christ. The people of God are in the midst of great folly (the apostasy of Christianity) and know it not! In what Job himself lacked in his knowledge and understanding of God, his sons and daughters (his children) were worse.
The children birthed through the work of God in the churches are in the house of mirth, rejoicing in the gifts and drunk on knowledge; they are eating and drinking in the "house of feasting" just as Job's sons did, --until a day came (like unto the day of the Lord) when "a great and mighty wind" (like unto the "Day of the Whirlwind") came upon them unawares.
Those whom God has "blessed with affliction" may not understand it to be a "blessing" of the Lord, -at least not yet. But those who have been "blessed with affliction" -those who seem to have been "unfairly" smitten by the Hand of God, the LORD will bring them through the fire and they will be as "fine gold tried in the furnace of affliction" even though they may suffer loss of heatlh, possessions and wealth.
By chosing the house of mirth, eating and drinking in the house of feasting, Job's sons and daughter's fared far worse than Job! They were all killed when the "house of feasting" fell upon them.
...And great will be the fall of that house: as it was in the days of Noah so will it be in the days of the coming of the Son of Man. (This is no less true even among the churches!) The people were eating and drinking (feasting in the house of mirth) --and no doubt they mock the very idea that God sends or allows suffering, refusing to hear anything that sounds negative to them, refusing to see any purposes of God in that which seems unpleasant to their flesh! In the churches, many have chosen the house of mirth, and no doubt will continue feasting on what they think they know until that house falls upon them!
"Who's Laughing Now?"
| Not too long ago, a person whose Internet handle is "lots-of-laugh's" sent me (for the third time) a ridiculous email about the name of Barney, the purple dinosaur being the so-called numerical equivalent of "666" or Satan. Instead of responding to the email about Barney's Name, the Lord had me send out (via email) a teaching regarding the real deception of the Anti-Christ -already being perpetrated upon even the very elect of God! In the teaching the Lord had me send out, He did not even have me address the supposedly hidden Satanic meaning in "Barney's Name". The Lord always by-passes the folly of men and deals with the thing that is most needful; Jesus always goes straight to those things which concern the kingdom of God. The article below entitled, "Who's Laughing Now" does not deal with diversionary tactics of the enemy by which he tries to occupy our minds with codes and formula's about the so-called real meaning of "Barney's Name" --instead all that is by-passed entirely. Instead of wasting your time with conjecture regarding supposedly hidden meaning's behind the names of prominent people or names of celebrities or cartoon character's, it has pleased the Lord to make known -to reveal, "the son of perdition, the man of sin, the Anti-Christ in our midst! |
Rev.13:11-18 "And I beheld another beast coming up out of the earth; and he had two horns like a lamb, and he spake as a dragon. And he exerciseth all the power of the first beast before him, and causeth the earth and them which dwell therein to worship the first beast, whose deadly wound was healed. And he doeth great wonders, so that he maketh fire come down from heaven on the earth in the sight of men, And deceiveth them that dwell on the earth by the means of those miracles which he had power to do in the sight of the beast; saying to them that dwell on the earth, that they should make an image to the beast, which had the wound by a sword, and did live. And he had power to give life unto the image of the beast, that the image of the beast should both speak, and cause that as many as would not worship the image of the beast should be killed. And he causeth all, both small and great, rich and poor, free and bond, to receive a mark in their right hand, or in their foreheads: And that no man might buy or sell, save he that had the mark, or the name of the beast, or the number of his name. Here is wisdom. Let him that hath understanding count the number of the beast: for it is the number of a man; and his number is Six hundred threescore and six."
In scripture there are many numbers which have certain significance. For instance the number "3" is considered the number of abundant testimony, the number "5" is considered the number of grace, the number "7" is thought to be the number of perfection, whereas the number "8" is the number of new beginnings and the number " " is the number of judgment... etc.
The number "6" is the number of man himself --and not coincidentally the number 6 is also the number which man has given to the "mathematical sum" which is the numeral "6"
In Hitler's infamous "SS" the number 6 is a known substitute for the "s" Hitler's evil maniacal reign was a type of the reign of the Anti-Christ -and the holocaust a type of the day of slaughter soon to come.
Meanwhile, -although it may be fun for some sit around and joke about the numerical value of "Barney" -most of the Church is asleep concerning the emergence of The Anti-Christ.
At the end of the age, -spiritually speaking in God's Sight, there will only be"Two Men" in the earth: Fallen Adam, whose body has many members --and the Body of Christ. As lawlessness, defiance against God's Authority increases and as anarchy is less and less"restrained" the Body of Rebellious Adam will increasingly manifest the character and nature of his father the devil. And as Satan is able to increasingly influence the mind of fallen man to do his will, the more vile the behavior of man will become.
Now, please allow me the grace to develop this a little further and please take what I am sharing before the Lord:
Throughout the Bible the LORD has continued to speak of defeating his enemies at though they were all the equivalent of one man. God declared in His word that He will defeat the armies that rise up against him all "as one man". Everyone is familiar with the classic confrontation of God (through David, who was a type of Christ) versus Goliath, who was a prime example of the enemies of God & His people, represented and defeated "as one man".
Psalm 10:18 tells us that the LORD will rise to defend the fatherless and the oppressed, "that the man of the earth" may no more oppress. 1Cor.15:47 KJV "The first man is of the earth, earthy: the second man is the Lord from heaven. (Adam is "the man" of the earth, earthy. Fallen man is "the oppressor" who opposes himself!)
Then there is the place in scripture where the LORD tells us that Satan will be bound up and we will all look down at him in the pit and we will say, "is this the man" that made the earth to tremble, that did shake kingdoms; that made the world a wilderness, and destroyed the cities thereof; that openeth not the house of his prisoners? (see Isa. 14: -18 KJV)
I once asked the Lord why --since many souls have gone to hell throughout the ages, and since the souls of men were created by Him and for Him, how is it that Jesus said that He had lost none that the Father had given Him, except "one". Here again, Judas represents the same thing Goliath did: those who are lost are all in His Sight, many members of one body "as one man" all operating of one evil mind and rebellious spirit which opposes both God and His Christ!"
Fallen Adam does not want to give up his quest to be like God. Through the fall having succumbed to the temptation to be as God through knowledge ("ye shall be as gods") the craving to be like the Most High God (or to be his own god) was instilled into the heart of man.
As we approach the end of the age, we see fallen Adam increasingly vaunting himself (nothing shall be impossible to him) with his insatiable thirst for knowledge (to be wise as God, -to be like God &/or to be his own god, his own highest authority) trying to be master of the world, even of the universe through his technologies and so-called sciences, as man says in his vain heart: who is like unto man, "I AM" and there is none like me!
Man was meant to submit himself -his life, his soul, his spirit, his whole body to God through Christ to become a living sacrifice, that the temple of man's body might become the temple of the Holy Spirit. (That He might dwell in us -and us, in Him.) But instead many have rebelled against The Truth, many have rebelled against God and His Christ -many have rejected the Lord in favor of another spirit...the spirit of rebellion, the spirit of all that is evil.
Fallen rebellious Adam will continue to increase in lawlessness, rebellion --until fallen man, as one man, becoming all of one mind become the personification of evil, unrestrained in the earth.
Pray for the "Peace of Jerusalem" does not mean what man thinks it means!
(1) Jerusalem represents God's city of peace.
(2) Jesus said, I give you my peace -not as the world gives. We have a tendency to forget that God's ways are not our ways and His thoughts are not as our thoughts. How is it then that we presume to know what God means by what He has said in His written word, if we do not set aside what we think in our own understanding, and ask Him? So, I asked the Lord what does HE mean by "peace" and He defined "His Peace" for me as follows: in His sight, "Peace" is the reconciliation of man to God "in Christ"
(3) Jerusalem does not just refer to a literal city, but to God's vision of peace. (My people perish for lack of vision...)
(4) God's Jeru-salem, His "city or vision" (His plan for "peace") is the reconciliation of man to God in Christ. Knowing that God's people would reject this "vision of peace" -Jesus looked out over the city of Jerusalem, which was at that moment about to hail His entrance, knowing however that they would turn and reject Him: O Jerusalem, Jerusalem, thou (man) that stonest the prophets, how often I have wanted to gather you unto Me as a mother hen gathers her chicks and you (vain man) would not...
(5) The scripture says that "Jesus Christ is our peace" --Jesus Himself is our "peace" --He Himself is the reconciliation of man (for those who will receive Him) to God. And this promise ( and the redemption of our bodies) has been kept --as Paul said, in heavenly places unto the time of the restitution of all things. (see Acts 3:21 KJV)
And the New Jerusalem (not the religious system which man destroyed -not the old Jerusalem) but the New Jerusalem shall descend from above and come down to earth...

The CHURCH is looking for a last days temple to be built in Jerusalem where she waits to identify "the one man" who will set up his idol, his false image in that temple and will demand that all the world worship that image ... (like Nebucadnezzar had set up his vain image of himself and tried to force all the people to bow to that image when they heard the music played).
The CHURCH does not understand any more than the scribes and the pharisees understood how spiritual things must be compared with spiritual things and understood by the spirit of man under the inspiration and guidance of the Holy Spirit. When the disciples pointed to the beauty of the temple and were calling Jesus' attention to the magnificence of the structure, Jesus used it to teach a spiritual truth about the toppling of the religious order (which would reject Him and crucify Him bodily).
Jesus prophecied that God was going to allow the temple "in Jerusalem" to be torn down --not one stone would be left upon another, relating to the false precept upon precept, and twisted line upon line of wrested scripture upon which the now false religious system had become apostate. The hypocritical religious leaders had not only erred but they refused to repent. Jesus was the Stone that the builders rejected! There is a consistent interrelation between that which is done spiritually in departing from the truth and the literal destruction of Jerusalem.
The leaders of His people had fallen away from God ("in Spirit and in Truth") and they that were led of them -the scripture says: were led to their own destruction. As a result both Jerusalem (God's previous plan or vision of peace) and their "temple" (the heart of man is the place of idolatry and false worship) would be destroyed by their enemies into whose hands God Himself would deliver them in judgment.
Jesus knew that the scribes and the pharisees -even with all that had happened to the people of God in their history of backsliding from Him, had never quite comprehended the process of His judgments (my people know not the judgment of the Lord) Neither did they understand the scriptural and spiritual correlation between the temple (literal place of worship) --which was destroyed by their enemies several times in Israel's history when God delivered them over to their enemies because of their participation of false worship and their abominable practice of incorporating pagan worship into the worship of Yahweh.
Neither did the scribes and pharisees understand that Jesus spoke of the temple of His Body when He said, "destroy this temple, and in 3 days I will raise it up again"
Before his death, Moses prophesied that upon his departure men would rise (false leaders) who would turn the hearts of the people away from the commandments, away from God Himself.
So too, much of the church fails to comprehend that Jesus spoke concerning the destruction of His body by false religious leaders and that it was spoken not only as a prophecy concerning the literal temple of His body (to be resurrected on the third day) but that it was also a veiled prophecy for the apostasy (and restoration) of the last days apostate church: though men would come in as grievous wolves and plunder the flock, although as Paul feared -the churches would be beguiled as Eve was beguiled, --even though Jesus warned that if it were possible even the very elect of God (the Church, the elect lady) would be deceived... that a day with the LORD is as a thousand years and a thousand years is as a day in His sight.
Even though He knew that the church (like Israel) would play the harlot, even though He knew that the "temple of His Body" would be in effect, "destroyed" -plundered by thieves and robbers (men who walk according to their own lusts) and by false teachers and false prophets... as it is written in Hosea: "after three days, He will revive us".
Now, back to the end of the age "man" who exalts himself and "opposeth God and all that is called God". That man is rebellious Adam who is no longer restrained from manifesting the vile nature of his father the devil (seen only a little in the Hitler regime) Rebellious man is fully given over to his own evil, to his own lusts --and "as one man" being all "of one mind" --which mind opposes God and all that is called God is loosed upon the earth.
What is the religious agenda of rebellious (anti-christ) Adam? Basically his religious agenda is humanism: presented as tolerant toward any man-made faith or universal creeds except those who profess true faith in Jesus Christ. Rebellious (Anti-Christ) Adam has been opposing God and His Christ, opposing the Lord Jesus Christ not just by the abolishment of religion but by the establishment of false religion, -including his finest deception of all: an apostate form of Christianity, Christianized Humanism!
The only question now is: Can a global Anti-God, Anti-Christ humanistic belief system (New World Order) be one that is monetarily "of man" and politically "of man" and religiously "acceptible to man" all at the same time? Even now the amalgamation of the religions of the world already exists, thanks to a wave of spiritism, a world-wide Christian cult explosion, Roman Catholicism's Ecumenical Movement and of course, World Vision and the apostate creed of the "World Counsel of Churches" etc.
