Our country
once
indivisible,
once
under God
is a
spoiled child
for want
of the rod,
climbing to heights
few nations
have known
to reap the corruption our greed has sown.
Here in the home of the "brave and the free"
everyone (except God) has liberty...
Whether gay rights queen or porn king leech,
no one (else) is denied their "freedom of speech."
Our homeless are dying, their plight is ignored,
as unprofitable pawns on the budget "chess board."
Our collective consciousness demands we save whales
and dispose of our children in recyclable pails.
As we waste our vote on "what's-his-name"
(for the style and "promise" of his campaign)
our Constitution, "legislated to death"
is struggling to catch its dying breath...
Now uni-sex mommies, bake "mock-apple pie"
(wave a Godless flag) and
won't admit
why
the "American Dream" has passed us by
as we watch our country decay and die.
Climbing to heights few nations have known
to reap the destruction her leaders have sown:
this spoiled child, now under the rod
was once indivisible, once "under God."
The solution cannot be found by drafting the right "bill"
the greater stench in God's nostrils is not on Capitol Hill...
No, it is God's own people,
which are called by His Name
through pride and wickedness, the Church is to blame
for causing this nation to pass through the flame...
Committees of pastors are running the "show"
(while keeping their deacons and elders in tow)
pimping for money to keep afloat
pilots and crews of ship wrecked boats...
...spouting so-called oracles with every breath
misinterpreting the Word is bringing death
to a polluted house which cannot stand
as apostasy rules in a corrupted land.
Ascending to heights where Satan's seat is known
to reap the destruction her leaders have sown:
producing reprobate children who now scorn the rod
a defiled people who are their own god.
