Canon to the ordinary
1997 was the year of youth participation .A new youth generation
of holyrood , started a process of challenge to the stagnated youth ministry
. In this process the youth , had to learn , “What is to be a youth in
a church who is in the heart of washington heights”.With many experiences
; some encouraging , other disillussioning , with regards to the youth
developing their partcipation at the parrochial level , we see our necessities
in 1998 to be a year of spiritual & leadership revival . The challanges
of 1997 have shown us that we have the capacity to do more for the youth
who haven’t had the opportunity to work with youth who have the guidance
of our lord jesus christ , in a society where christian values do not come
first
.
