Majora's Mask Walkthrough
Getting Around ClockTown
After the cinema scene and the first section of the game, you will start in South Clocktown. Clocktown is huge, so I'll give you as much detail as possible. Go to North Clocktown first and buy a map from Tinkle, the weird green dude with red underwear, so you can navigate through this town a lot easier. Next, go to the cave (up the two ramps) in the western section of North Clocktown. Talk to the Great Fairy fragments, and learn about what to next. If it is still day, go to the Laundry Pool west of South Clocktown, or if it is night go to the deku flower next to the treasure chest in East Clocktown. You should be able to see the fairy, use to flower at night, in the pool just jump to reach it. Take the fairy fragment to the rest in the cave, and receive magic!
The next part is kind of hard. Go out side, and with your new skill, pop the balloon floating in the sky with the Majora's Mask symbol on it. Talk to the boy who was previously shooting at the balloon, which is now gazing around, his name is Jim, leader of the Bombers Gang. When he asks you to play hide and seek, reply yes. There are
two kids in North Clocktown, two in East, and one in West. After wining the hide and seek game, go to the northern section of East Clocktown, and give the bombers' password to the kid blocking the tunnel entrance. Go in, jump the platforms, kill the skulltula, pop the Majora's Mask balloon and go up the ladder. Go past the scarecrow up the stairs talk to the astronomer. Next look through the telescope at the top of the clock tower, zoom, and watch the Skull Kid till he leaves the scene. The moon will then leave a tear on the ground.
Talk to the astronomer again, go out the door and collect the Moon's Tear. Now head back through the passage to South Clocktown. Go to the gold deku flower next to the pond of water. Go as close as possible to the flower, talk to the scrub and give him the Moon's Tear to receive
the land deed. Now you have time to kill. Just make sure you are in front of the clock tower door at midnight of the third day. You get there by diving into the deku flower (I really hope you don't need an explanation), fly up to the door and wait for the celebration to start.
When the door opens, run as fast as you can up the stairs (there will be a timer), into the main chamber. Hit Skull Kid with a bubble and get the Ocarina of Time back, learn the Song of Time. Wipe out your instrument, play the new acquired melody, and warp back to the dawn of the first day! Go into the big door at the bottom of the clock tower and speak to the Mask Salesman. Learn the Song of Healing, play it, and get your first mask, the Deku Mask which transforms you into a Deku Scrub!
Congratulations! You Have Just Completed The First Cycle Of The Game!
Head Towards the Southern Swamp
Now that you are in "Link" form, head out the southern exit of Clocktown towards the Southern Swamp, located in South Termina. While heading down the path after the field, stay to the right at the split. In the new area you will see a hut, where the witch Koume works as a tour guide. She is not there so just go on and head to the left. Swim down the left section of the river, and take the first possible left. Head past the Potion Shop and into the Forest of Mystery. Follow the monkey to Koume, talk to her, head out of the forest, and then go into the Potion Shop. Talk to Kotake and receive the free Red Potion and DO NOT DRINK IT. Go give the potion to Koume in the forest, go back again to the tour guide hut. You might want to speak to the man who works with pictures and receive a Camera. Turn to the booth, speak to Koume, get on the boat and take the tour.
Get off at the Deku Palace and whip out your Deku Mask and cross pass the guards into center room. Talk to the Deku people, and then head out and into the Inner Palace Garden. Get passed all the guards until you find a hole, jump in and grab some water in a bottle and buy some Magic Beans. Then go back to the entrance of the castle, cross the water to the right all the way down, plant a magic bean in the soft soil and water it with water kept in your bottle. Go up the leaf, cross the deku flowers (this can be tricky but don't give up!), go in the cave and talk to the monkey held captive. Pull out your Deku Pipes in front of him and learn the Sonta of Awakening. Leave the cave, fall down and get thrown out by the guards (it's much easier). Jump on the lilly pads to the right again, but this time look even more to the right and find a deku flower to fly up into the cave. Look around, find the deku flower, get in and hop from flower to flower, platform to platform. At the top of the waterfall talk to the Owl, learn the Song of Soaring and hit the owl statue with your sword. Find the cave located on the same platform as the owl statue. The cave is the entrance to Woodfall, the area containing the first temple, the Woodfall Temple.
Feel Free To Play The Song Of Time And Save. To Get Back, Play The Song Of Soaring And Warp To Woodfall.
The Woodfall Temple
Warp to Woodfall and step on the platform with a Deku Scrub on it. Turn into Deku Link and play the Sonta of Awakening, a beautiful cut scene will reveal the temple. Hop in the deku flower and fly to the entrance, then step inside.
Once you enter, look to the left side of the starting platform, there is a deku flower. Hop in and fly to the platform straight ahead on the left side of the room. Then turn right and fly to the platform with the chest on it. Open the chest and get the fairy. Then fly straight to the upper right platform. When flying to the end of the room, remember to go through the center because of two big skulltulas, each on either side of the platform. In the next room, go jump down as deku link, and go to the door on the left.
To get to the next room, go to the door across from you. To kill the snappers, burrow in a deku flower, and when the turtle passes over you, pop out and hit them while they are upside-down. Receive the dungeon map after killing these guys. Now return to the previous room, and get to the chest by using the deku flower in the center of the room. Now return to the room before this one. Use the key to open the locked door. Right when you enter, push the block forward. Now light a deku stick by the lit torch, watch out for the skulltula, and run it to the unlit one, and head through the now open door. Hit the dragonflies with bubbles and receive the compass. Light another deku stick on the torch next to the door and run upstairs. Light the torch, get a new stick, light it, jump the platforms, and burn down the cobwebs. The tunnel close by is filled with weird black fluffy phantoms, and you can’t see your way, so use the deku spin the whole way. After they’re all dead grab the chest in the middle, light all the torches, there are three, then enter the door.
In this next room, try not to fall, because it will end you back to a much earlier room, watch for the dragonflies. In the next room, step on the switch to make a ladder appear. Go to the room also located on the top floor. Kill the mini boss inside by blocking when he attacks, then doing a leap attack. Note that the fire attacks can’t be blocked. Enjoy the prize! Immediately when you leave that room, shoot the eye on the opposite side. Use the new deku flower to cross to the door on the right. After taking a few hits, the big frog will call on a friend snapper. Use the same technique on this snapper as you did the others, but then you need to shot the frog with a arrow, there is now easy way to hit this guy except getting really close. When he’s dead, go and get the boss key.
Right outside, shoot an arrow through the lit torch to the torch on the center of the really big flower and watch the water be purified. Enter the only door you haven’t been in. Go up the platforms on your left, and when you get to the top, shoot the crystal on the right side of the room, fly to the deku flower on the currently accessible platform, and use the flower to fly to the boss door. Odowla is easy, keep him Z-targeted, and hit him with an arrow whenever he lets down his guard. You can block all his attacks except for his big swipe, which you can role under. When he calls bugs, blow ‘em up. Note: you can kill him faster with bomb flowers.
After the fight, you will land in the last room of the temple, slash the vines with your sword and talk to the Deku Princess. Take her in a bottle to the Deku King and place her right in front of him. You can now go to the deku shrine and race the Prime Minister for a mask, but you can also save and just warp to the boss to beat him again and then race the Prime Minister. That is your choice to make.
CONGRATULATIONS! You Have Beaten The First Temple!
Fairy Locations: (You might want to save after the boss and re-enter the temple to get these)
1.) In the first room there is one on the right side of the starting platform, use your Great Fairy Mask (visit the Masks Page) to get it.
2.) In the same room fly over to the chest platform (mentioned above) to get the second fairy.
3.) When you first enter the second room, look to your right and pop the balloon to get the third fairy in this temple.
4.) In this room, there is one in the pots in the south-east corner, break them and collect it.
5.) In the same room, you can kill the deku plant to get another fairy.
6.) After you get the Hero's Bow shoot through the flame at the top of the room to the torch at the top west corner and step on the switch to make a chest appear with the fairy.
7.) In next room with the deku flower in the center, shoot with your bow the hive in the top west corner and use your Great Fairy Mask to reach it.
8.) In the room with the block maze, kill the skulltula in the corner to get the next one.
9.) There are also three hives in the center of the ceiling, shoot the center one to get the fairy.
10.) Once the water is purified throughout the temple (by lighting the torch in the huge flower in the second room) dive underwater to the center and grab the fairy in the bubble.
11.) In the tunnel with all the ghosts, kill them all with the deku spin (as said above) and open the chest in the center of the room.
12, 13, 14, 15.) The last four fairies are in the last room before the boss. There are three on the ledges on the wall, and the forth in on the platform that is surrounded with fire. Hit the crystal to stop the fire to reach it.
Once you get all the fairies, exit the temple and go back to the main platform with the owl statue. Go in the deku flower but this time, fly to the other direction to the raised cave. Talk to the fairy and recive her gift, you'll find it very useful.
The Mountains
This area is located north of Termina, and is blocked by big chunks of ice. Get rid of the ice by shooting the icicle above it twice with your bow. While crossing the next passage, make sure you save some bombs for the end. In the Mountain Village, activate the owl statue (upper left), then go to the pass on the right. On the frozen lake (the pass from the village), watch out for the White Wolfos and buy a map of Snowhead from Tingle, then continue on. On the right side of the map in the new area (Goron Village), there is an owl you need to talk to. He guides you across the gap, just jump towards the feathers he drops, then receive the Lens of Truth. With this new item, talk to Darmani's ghost, and follow him to the cliff next to the mountain village (remember to talk to him at the end of each area). Talk to him, then clime up the cliff by ! ! the invisible ladder. Talk to him again, play the song of healing, and receive the Goron Mask! Before you do this next part, make sure you have talked to the crying baby in the Goron VIllage, in the Goron Shrine.
Put on the new mask and move the grave, fill up your bottle with the hot spring water, go to the frozen lake, and pour it on the frozen Goron Elder, who is in one of the big snow balls. I would suggest locating him before you get the water, it gets cold after awhile, punch the snowball and empty the bottle on him, then tell him about what is happening at the Goron Village. When he learns about his crying son, he teaches you the beginning of the Goron Lullaby, go play the song for the crying baby, learn the rest of the song, and then turn back to the Mountain Village. This time go to the other path from the village, this is a long path that you need to use your super goron roll the whole way to make it over the jumps. Once you make it, you should now be in Snowhead. Hit the owl statue immediately so you don't have to go through the pass again. You will notice a big wind coming from the top of the peak, if you use your Lens of Truth you will notice it is the breath of Biggoron. Play the Goron Lullaby with the bongos and then you can enter the temple.
YIPEEE!! You can now save and be happy!
Snowhead Temple
Objectives:
1) Roll Along
2) Put the Giant to Sleep
3) Entrance to Snowhead Temple
4) Get the Map
5) Get the First Small Key
6) Get the Compass
7) Get the Second Small Key
8) Get the Fire Arrows
9) Get the Third Small Key
10) Raise the Column
11) Boss Key
12) Beat Goht
1) ROLL ALONG
The first part of the path to Snowhead Temple is a small trail with large snowballs rolling down it. Make sure that you have plenty of magic power to plow through them. Start rolling and remember to hit the B-button whenever you get to a jump. It's pretty straight forward.
2) PUT THE GIANT TO SLEEP
Once you finish the path, you will be at an area with a thin snow bridge and a huge wind. If you use the Lens of Truth, you will see that the wind is actually a Giant Goron blocking the path to Snowhead Temple. Use the Goron Lullaby to put him asleep and he will fall off the cliff.
3) ENTRANCE TO SNOWHEAD TEMPLE
With the Giant Goron out of the way, you can now roll up to the mountain. Run around to the right and note where the Great Fairy's cave is for when you get all of the Stray Fairies. You will quickly come upon a winding path that leads up to the entrance to Snowhead Temple.
4) GET THE MAP
Enter Snowhead by pushing the block blocking the door forward. It will fall into a hole and a snow wolf will greet you in the first room. From here you have three ways to go. Straight ahead is blocked by ice and to the left requires a key. So go right (duh). In this room you have a wooden bridge that you will have to curl up and jump. Watch out for the for the ice statues and their cold breath. Once you get across the bridge, stop rolling and jump to the platform in front of you and go up stairs (marked with an A on the maps). In this room you will have find the map to your left. Grab it.
5) GET THE FIRST SMALL KEY
Leave the map room and go back down the stairs. Make you jump back to where the wooden bridge is and hang a right. Go through this door and you will be in the central chamber. Run straight to the center and take the left path and go through the door that is not frozen (should be the first door of the two). Immediately turn left and pull out the blocks you see. Behind the blocks is a small room with a chest containing the first small key.
6) GET THE COMPASS
Go back to the central chamber and run to the center and take the right path and through the door. You should be back in the room with the wooden bridge. Jump down to the ground and then cross the lava and climb the ladder and go through the door in front of you. You should be back in the first room with the wolfo. An easier way is to just play the Song of Soaring and return to the entrance. From here take the left door that requires the key to open it. In this room, you will find some more wolfos to fight. Kill them to get the compass.
7) GET THE SECOND SMALL KEY
Stay in the room where you get the compass and bomb the cracked wall opposite of where you entered the room. Go up the stairs revealed, marked on the maps as B. You should now be on the second floor. This room has platforms scattered across it with most of them covered in ice. Since you don't have the fire arrows yet, use the trick learned to get into the mountains by shooting the ice blocks hanging from the ceiling. They will open up the platforms for you. Get onto the platforms and go to the ledge with the large snowball. Bust it to find the second small key.
8) GET THE FIRE ARROWS
From where you get the second key, you should find a door. Don't go back downstairs. In this room, you will find some buttons that you have to push with a Goron bounce. When you hit the first button, one platform will come up to allow you to cross to the other side and another platform will come up and block the door that you are trying to get to. The next part is tricky. Cross to the other side and push the green switch. A platform will come up and it is on a timer. Return to the platform that you used to cross ledges, and pound it down with the Goron jump. The door will become unblocked and now run to the green platform that you raised and get back up to the ledge and go through the door. You should now be in the central chamber. Curl up and roll across the bridge to the other side, then roll up again and roll around the edge of the room to your right (if you fall there is a cage to catch you). Then turn to the right and roll across this bridge and go through the door on the other side. In this room you will have to fight a Wizrobe. He will teleport from platform to platform and shoot you with an ice spell. Use arrows to hit him or if you can get close, hit him with your sword. Your reward are the fire arrows.
9) GET THE THIRD SMALL KEY
Go back to the beginning room that had the wooden bridge to jump and the ice statues. Now that you have the fire arrows. Kill the ice statues. A chest will appear after you kill the ice statues and you can get to it by unfreezing the block of ice that will be in your way. The chest contains the third small key to the dungeon.
10) RAISE THE COLUMN
Warp back to the entrance by using the Song of Soaring. Use the fire arrows to melt the ice to the door blocked by the ice. Go through the door and you will be in the central chamber. Go left and melt the ice on the blocked door. Enter and you will find a room with ice statues and a bunch of little platforms. Kill the ice statues and light the three torches with the fire arrows. A barred door will open and a button is inside. Pound the button down and the column in the central chamber will raise.
11) GET THE BOSS KEY
Go back out to the central chamber and back out into the first room of the temple. Take the very first door we took and cross the wooden bridge again. Jump to the platform and go up the stairs (marked with an A on the map). This is the room where we got the map. Kill the ice statue on the ledge above and then shoot the eye switch with a fire arrow. Be sure you are standing on the platform in the middle of the room. It will raise and you can jump onto the ledge. Go through the door and you are back in the central chamber on the second floor. Go right across the cage mesh platform and up a small ladder. Unfreeze the stairs with a fire arrow and go up (marked with a C on the map). Turn right and roll to the next ledge. Go through the door, fight the snow beasts and melt the ice blocking the stair well (marked with a D on the map). Go up the stairs and fight two Dinofols and then go through the door on the other side of the room. You are back in the central chamber on the fourth floor. You should now be able to run straight across and enter the room. Fight another Wizrobe using the same strategy as before. A barred door in the room will open and the Boss Key is on the other side.
12) BEAT GOHT
Leave the room with the big key and make your way back the way you came. Back down stairwell D and into the central chamber. Notice that in the column are some blue discs instead of solid rock. Use Goron Link to punch these disks and the central column will fall a little. Hit two here and then go back up to the fourth floor to hit the final two. You should now have access to a covered bridge blocked by snowballs. Bust them and go up the stairs (marked by an E on the maps). Roll across the bridge and enter the Boss's room. There isn't much to beating this boss but it can be tough. Unfreeze him with a fire arrow and then he will start to run around the track that you are standing on. Roll up and follow him. Get your speed up so that your spikes come out and try to keep hitting him from behind. He has a number of ways to prevent you from doing this. He kicks up rocks that will slow you down, stalactites will fall from the ceiling and get in your way, he will throw bombs at you, and if he can get far enough ahead, he will shoot you with an electric ball. When you magic gets low, there are green jars on the course to replenish with. Keep chasing and hitting him until he dies.
Fairy Locations-
1, 2.) In the third room, the one with the bridge and the crate, there are two fairies, both in bubbles, shoot them with arrows and use your great fairy mask to attract them.
3, 4.) In the room with the map, their are two fairies, one in the left corner, one in a chest in the top of the room, use the lens of truth to get to it with the invisible platforms.
5.) In the bottom room with the lava, their is a fairy in a chest, which is reached by hitting a switch in the lava, you must step on it as a Goron though.
6.) In the room where you shoot the four icicles, there is a fairy in a small alcove only visible with the lens of truth, open the chest.
7.) In the room with the switch and platform puzzle, use your lens of truth, fairy mask, and bow to shoot the invisible fairy in the ceiling.
8, 9, 10.) In the rooms on the second floor with the false wall and frozen switch, jump to the right crate above the false wall as a goron, and do your goron pound on top of the crate to get the first one. Then in the corner, move the blocks around to reach the chest with the fairy in it. If you preset the blocks in the room next to this one, you can jump from the raised entrance and hop from the block to get the chest with a fairy.
11.) In the room on the second floor to raise the platforms, kill all the Freezards and hop across the platforms to get the chest with a fairy.
12.) In the room with the snowball tossing Eenos, there is a hidden alcove in the wall, use your lens of truth to shoot the fairy.
13, 14.) These fairies are easy. Simply kill the Lizalfos on the fourth floor, they will each give you a fairy.
15.) This last fairy is tricky. Between the first and second floor, there is a hidden alcove in the main room with the tall pillar. Go to the fourth floor, face the northwest corner of the pillar, use your lens of truth and make a rolling jump to reach the fairy in the wall.
The fairy fountain is right at the bottom of the summit in a cave, you can't miss it. Go there and receive your prize, you will be pleased.

3) Enter Pirate Fortress
4) Get the Hookshot
5) Get First Egg
6) Get Second Egg
7) Get Third Egg
8) Get Fourth Egg
9) Get a Picture
10) Get the Golden Sea Horse
11) Pinnacle Rock
12) Get Remaining Eggs

14) Great Bay Temple
1) ENTER GREAT BAY
Great Bay Coast can be found to the west of Clock Town. You will need Epona to jump the fence and enter the area. Some of the important locations in Great Bay is the Oceanside Spider House, Marine Lab, Zora Hall, Pirates Fortress, and Pinnacle Rock
2) GET ZORA MASK
Getting the Zora Mask is really quite easy. Search around the water near the Marine Lab and you find a Zora floating in the water. Grab him and push him back to shore. Play the Song of Healing to get the Zora Mask. A gravesite will appear to learn how to use the Zora's Powers.
3) ENTER THE PIRATE FORTRESS
If you go to Zora Hall or talk to the Marine Biologist, you will learn that seven Zora eggs are missing and must be returned. Some of the eggs can be found at the Pirates Fortress. From Great Bay Coast swim off to the right as far as you can go. Sink to the bottom and look for some wooden walls with skulls on them (Tatl will turn green for you). Ram the second from the left by swimming into it to reveal a cave. Enter the cave and you are just outside of the Pirate Fortress. There are four pirates on boat patrol. If you have the map, you can see where they are by looking for little white dots. Jump in the water and swim to the left until you find a ledge to walk up on. Do not get seen or you will get thrown out. On the ledge you will find a Goron switch to pound. It will open the gate on the far right of the fortess. Hit the switch and enter the fortress.
4) GET THE HOOKSHOT
The hookshot can be found deep in the fortress. Make you way through the fortress, there is only one way to go. In the first room, you will see a block that you can move. Grab it and move it towards you. Then go left and run around the fence until you see another block Push it in all the way and the turn right and run around the fence. As you swim around, watch out for the spiked balls, which will blow up it hit and watch out for the huge currents in two places where you will be pushed back out to the boat area. In the last area, there is a crystal switch to hit and a water column to ride up. Then use the boomerang attack of the Zoras (Hold the B button and then release) to get to another crystal switch to open the barred door. TIP: If you have the Stone Mask, this next part is very easy, because you won't be seen while wearing the mask. You are now back out in the boat area. Go right and you will find another entrance that leads to the main courtyard. Hide behind the crates and wait for openings to get to the ladder at the tower in the middle of the courtyard. Use the bow and arrow to stun the pirates. It will only stun them for a short period. Get to the top of the tower and watch out for the last pirate. Walk across the wooden bridge and go through the door on the other side. You will overhear a conversation that four of the eggs are in the fortress and the rest are missing. Shoot the beehive down off the ceiling and all of the pirates will leave. Go back out the door you came in and turn right, jump down and go through the door there. You are now in the room where all the pirates just were. A chest in the middle of the room contains the hookshot. TIP: You have to store the eggs in bottles, so any time that you have filled all of your bottles, play the Song of Soaring and warp to the owl statue at the bottom of the ladder of the Marine Lab. Dump the eggs into the tank there (not the one with the two fish) and then return to the Pirate's Fortress. Since you now have the hookshot, go back to the ledge with the Goron switch and there is a hookshot block to hit in front of it to get directly to the courtyard.
5) GET FIRST EGG
Right after you get the hookshot, use it to get to the top of a tank at the back of the room. Pull out an empty jar and dive to the bottom to get the egg. Watch out for the clam creature. Just avoid him and get the egg and get out.
6) GET SECOND EGG
From where you entered the courtyard originally, use the hookshot to hit a block to the left. Once up there, turn left and find another hookshot block to hit. Enter the archway there and sneak past the pirate and go left. Enter the door and fight the Pirate with the two swords. After you beat her then the barred doors will open and you can get the second egg. Shoot the fish in the tank before going down to get the egg.
7) GET THIRD EGG
Leave where you got the second egg and get back out to the courtyard. While still standing on the ledge with the second hookshot block, you can see a third one straight ahead and higher. Hit it and stun the pirate on the bridge and enter the door on the other side. There is a 100 rupee in the chest guarded by three pirates. Get it if you want, otherwise use the hookshot to hit the wood beams above platforms starting to the left. Make your way to the door on the opposite side. Go through and beat another two sworded pirate to get the third egg.
8) GET FOURTH EGG
The last egg to be found in the Pirates Fortress, is on the opposite side of the courtyard. Come out of where you got the third egg, jump down one ledge below you and time it right so that you can make it to the stairs found under the wood bridge you crossed to get the hookshot. Run up the stairs and drop off the other side after you reach the top. Go towards your right until you see another hookshot block. Hit it and turn left to find another entryway. Avoid the pirate in the room and get through the door without being seen. Fight the two-sworded pirate for the last time and go to the next room to get the egg.
9) GET A PICTURE
At some point during your egg retrieval, take a picture with you camera of a pirate. It is going to come in handy for this next part.
10) GET THE GOLDEN SEA HORSE
One of the two buildings back at Great Bay is a fishing shop. Go inside and you will find a gold sea horse in one of the tanks. Talk to it and it will ask you to free it. All the shopkeeper wants in return is a picture of a pirate. Give him yours and the sea horse is yours. Make sure you have an empty bottle to put him in.
11) PINNACLE ROCK
Take the sea horse and swim back out like you are going back to the Pirate's Fortress. On your way, you will see two pointed rocks sticking out of the water. Swim between them and you will be transported to the Pinnacle Rock area. Dive down to the bottom and release the Sea Horse. Follow him from sign to sign (don't worry if you fall a little behind because he will wait for you). Once you get to the crown area of Pinnacle Rock, the sea horse will ask for you help.
12) GET REMAINING EGGS
There are three eggs here at Pinnacle Rock. Go down and kill all of the sea worms. There are two ways to do it. One is to use your shield power (R-button) when they come out of the hole to hurt them. When you magic power runs out, you can use your boomerang fins to hurt them. Two hits and they are dead. For the boomerang trick, stand at the entrance of the worm hole out of the way of the worm so he won't hit you. Get the three eggs and a heart piece if you kill all of the worms. If you don't have three bottles and have to leave, no problem. When you return to Pinnacle Rock the sea horse will be waiting to guide you back through the signs.
13) NEW WAVE BOSSA NOVA
After you have all seven eggs, watch them as they hatch in the Marine Lab. They form notes and line up. Talk to the Marine Biologist again and he will teach you the song they formed. This is the New Wave Bossa Nova.
14) GREAT BAY TEMPLE
Go to Zora Hall. From Great Bay Coast, there is a cave that leads to another area where you find Zora Hall. Swim out and either swim around to the back where you will find Lulu and an owl statue, or dive under the rock and find an underwater entrance. Then make your way to the back door. Anyway, play the New Bossa Nova for Lulu. A large turtle will appear and take you to the Great Bay Temple. Get on his back by using the hookshot to hit one of the trees on his back.
Great Bay Temple

1) Start a Yellow Gusher
2) Get the Map
3) Get the Compass
4) Get the Small Key
5) Get the Ice Arrows
6) Turn First Red Valve
7) Turn on First Green Valve

Great Bay Temple is a complex dungeon of water pipes and valves. There are three colors of pipes that I will refer to in this guide. The colors are Yellow, Green, and Red. The object is for Link to get all of the pipes running with water so that he may reach the end and defeat Gyorg. Pay attention to the pipes as you explore. You can tell when water is running through them.
1) START THE YELLOW GUSHER
Wave goodbye to the nice turtle who brought you through the storm and run through the first door. The chamber you enter is the first of two main rooms that you will keep returning too. In the middle of this room you will see a huge water wheel spinning by a gusher of water coming out of a yellow pipe. Opposite the yellow pipe is a red pipe that, when water is coming out will spin the wheel the opposite direction. This is important later. First jump into the water and go forward and right and you will find a yellow valve underwater. Sink to the bottom as Zora Link and grab the valve and push (or pull) it. The valve will sink down and water will start to rush through the pipe on the other side of the platform.
2) GET THE MAP
After you turn the first yellow valve, return to the platform where you entered. Face the turning wheel and then look to your right. A platform will come down and then go back up. Get on it and then when it gets to the top, jump off on the ledge to your right again. Watch out for the giant spiders and run to the other edge of the ledge. You will now see a gusher of water that rises and falls. Jump onto the water when it goes down and jump off of it when it goes up. Run up and to your left and take a right into the second major chamber. There is a huge wheel here turning in the water. Jump in the water and start to sink. You will see two entrances about halfway down and two more all the way at the bottom. We want to take the yellow/green entrance halfway down first. It's tricky, but keep Zora Link even with the entrances and swim into it when you get near it. It will drop you off in a room with some platforms. Surface and climb onto the first one. Use your hookshot to hook a chest on another platform. Open the chest to get the map.
3) GET THE COMPASS
After you get the map, then sink back down and find an entrance with two fishy hands blocking it. Kill the hands using your fin blades and go through the tunnel. It will drop you off in another hall with man eating plants. Get past them and go through the door at the surface. This room is very important. It holds the Compass, the first key, and the boss key. Get the compass first. You will see a real Bombchu running around a chest. Hookshot it and shield yourself from the Bombchu's explosion. Open the chest for the Compass.
4) GET THE SMALL KEY
After you get the compass, jump in the water and sink to the bottom. Kill everybody in your way and open the small chest for the small key. We will come back to this room later to get the boss key.
5) GET THE ICE ARROWS
Leave this room by jumping into the waterway next to the door you came in. You should now be back out into the second main chamber. Sink all the way to the bottom and enter the yellow/green entrance down there. You will come out into a room with a red valve switch and some octoroks. Surface and find the red pipe as it comes out of the water. Walk on the pipe past the real Bombchu and through the door in the room. You will now be in a room with lots of pots and two blobs. Get powered up. Enter the next room and you will fight Wart. Wart is a large eye with bubbles floating around him. Expose his eye by destroying the bubbles that surround it. I found the hookshot too slow because you could only do one at a time. Charging forward and swinging your sword will result in taking a lot of damage. My suggestion would be to hit him with fire arrows, which will knock off a lot of bubbles at one time and then chase the bubbles down before they can reattach to Wart. Once all the bubbles are gone, Wart will start to crash around the room. Get in a corner, where he can't get you, and look for your chance to put a regular arrow in his eye. Keep this up until he dies. A chest will appear with the ice arrows.
6) TURN THE FIRST RED VALVE
Leave the ice arrow room and power back up in the room with the blobs. Leave that room and you should be back in the room with red valve and the octoroks. Swim over to a ledge in front of an octorok and freeze him with an ice arrow. Jump on him and then up to the valve platform. Turn the valve.
7) TURN THE FIRST GREEN VALVE
Leave this room and you will be back in the second main chamber. Surface and get onto one of the high ledges. Use an ice arrow to freeze the waterfall that blocks the ladder. Jump onto the spinning blade above the water and then time your jump onto the ledge next to the ladder that you just uncovered. Climb up the ladder and enter the door at the top. In this room you will find a green valve. Hookshot to the platform to your left and then use the ice arrow to create floating platforms so you can jump across the water and reach the valve. Turn the valve.
8) TURN THE SECOND RED VALVE
Leave this room and go back through the entrance halfway under the water where you went to get the map. You should be back in the room where you go the map in the first place. Hookshot back to the chest that had the map. Then use ice arrows to create platforms to get to the door to the right of the map chest. You can't get to the door lit in a green hallway. Go through the door and you will be in a room with another red valve and a blob creature. Freeze the blob creature with an ice arrow and drag the frozen blob to the valve platform. Climb up and turn the valve.
9) GET THE BOSS KEY
Go back out of the room and go underwater and kill the hands and get back to where you go the compass. You will see that one wall is a fence with the Boss Key Chest behind it. To the left of that is a hallway that leads to a door. Use ice arrows to create platforms to get to that hallway and unfreeze the door. You are now going to fight Gekko again. The frog man runs around the room with a bunch of green blobs. Touching the blobs will hurt you. Chase the frog man and hit him with your sword. He will jump up to the ceiling and all of the blobs with him. They form one big blob that then comes down and traps you. The frog man will then hit you and then throw you out and keeps doing that. When the blob is on the ceiling, freeze it with an ice arrow and it will crash down to the floor. Chase the frog man and hit him. Repeat until he is dead. If you freeze him as he comes down off the ceiling it won't work so time it right. Once you beat him, he turns into a small frog that is one of the five you need for a heart piece at Mountain Village. Go through the unbarred door in the room and you will get the Boss Key.
10) REVERSE WATER DIRECTION
Warp back to the main chamber by playing the Song of Soaring. Reenter the room first main chamber and turn right and catch the rising platform, jump the gusher coming out of the yellow pipe. Just before you would turn to enter the second main chamber, you will see that a gusher of water is now coming out of a red pipe. Directly above that is a hookshot block. Hook the block and land on the water gusher. Jump off of it when it is at its highest to the read valve platform. Turn the valve. The wheel in the room will stop because water is now coming out of both gushers. Jump in the water and swim over to the yellow valve platform in the room. It is above water. Turn it and the big wheel will now spin in the opposite direction.
11) TURN THE SECOND GREEN VALVE
We need to get the second green valve now so we can get to the boss. Go back to the second main chamber. The water should now be spinning in the opposite direction as before. Jump in the water and take the red entrance halfway down. You will come to a room with a large spinning wheel. Get to the surface and climb onto the only platform available. You will see a platform going up and down. Get onto it and then when it is at it's highest, jump off of it onto the shaft of the waterwheel and then to the other moving platform that should be right next to the shaft now. Right this platform to another ledge. Turn right and run across the room. Turn right and you shoot the waterfall in the room with an ice arrow. The wheel will stop spinning and you will now have the blades of the wheel to walk on. Cross the blades and turn left to find a door. Go through the door. In this room you will find a bunch of teeter totters. Ignore the first one you see and go left. You will find a second one that you can stand on. Stand on it and shoot a fire arrow at the frozen water in the ceiling. A waterfall will come down and move you up. Turn left and jump to another teeter totter. Shoot the frozen water above it and you will be raised again. Turn right and jump to the valve platform. Turn the valve.
12) GET TO GYORG
Jump back down to the floor and get on the teeter totter we skipped. Shoot the frozen water and then turn around and jump to the platform there and go through the door. You should now be back in the room where we got the map. Sink to the bottom and go out the way we used to come into this room (water going backwards now). You are now back in the second main chamber. Sink to the bottom and go through the red entrance at the bottom. Walk up the green pipe in the room that you get dropped into. Follow it around to another green valve. Turn it and a gusher will start to let you jump to the boss door. Enter and drop down the hole in the room.
13) BEAT GYORG
This guy is a pain, but only takes a few shots to kill. He will try and get you in the water with him so he can eat you. He will jump out of the water and try to ram you off the platform. If he can see you on the edge, he will ram the platform to knock you into the water. The only real advise I can give is to stay in the middle if you see him getting ready to ram. Try to find and target him. Shoot him with an arrow. He will be stunned. Put on the Zora Mask and swim to him fast before he shakes it off. Use your shock shield to damage him. Then get back to the platform with all due haste. Repeat this until he dies. After three hits, he will release smaller fish that give you hearts when you kill them. Two more hits after that should finish him off. He's tough if you don't time things right. It took me some practice so hang in there.
Ikana Canyon
Objectives:
1) Enter Ikana Canyon
2) Find Sharp
3) Get Into Music House
4) Get Gibdo Mask
5) Enter the Well
1) ENTER IKANA CANYON
Put on the Garo Mask and talk to the man sitting atop the cliff when you enter Ikana. He likes your mask and summons a small tree to appear next to him. Hookshot the tree to reach the top of the cliff. There are two ways you can take (it won't matter which one because you end up in the same place). Dodge the boulders rolling down and avoid the Goron looking creatures that come out of the ground. You will enter an area that has a bridge with two octoroks guarding it and a path that leads off to the right. If you follow the path to the right, you will find Sakon's hideout and in the water a cave that takes you to the Swamp. We want to go and freeze the two octoroks at the bridge and jump over them. Once on the other side. Turn left and look up. Hookshot the tree on the ledge above. Turn left and look up and hookshot the tree you see there. Turn around and look up and you will see another tree. Hookshot it and you will now be in Ikana Canyon. There is a castle, a music house and an owl statue here.
2) FIND SHARP
Run towards the Music house and hang a left before you get there and follow the ramp up the cliff side. You will come to another ramp that leads up to the Well, but we are concerned with a cave found here. The sign outside says it is forbidden to enter because of ghosts. Enter the cave and you will find a pool. Walk towards the pool and a ghost will come down and tell you to leave or die. When the conversation is over, just standing in the room causes you to take damage. You will note, however, that the ghost looks like the one you met in Ikana Graveyard. This ghost is Sharp. Play the Song of Storms that you learned from Flat. You will free his curse and start the water flowing through the canyon, which starts the Music House to playing and kills the Gibdos in the area.
3) GET INTO THE MUSIC HOUSE
When you leave the cave, you will find a little girl outside the Music House. When she sees you, she runs inside and locks the door. A gossip stone in the area, tells you that she will come out if she hears a bomb. Drop a bomb next to the Music House and hide, or use the Stone Mask to become unnoticed. She will come out and then start to walk up the ramps to the well. Once she is far enough away, you can enter the Music House.
4) GET GIBDO MASK
Once inside the Music House, walk down the stairs to the left. Round the corner and a half man/half Gibdo will come out of a closet. Tatl will inform you that he looks to be in pain and that we should try to help heal him (get it). Play the Song of Healing and the man will be reverted to normal and you will get the Gibdo Mask. With this mask, you can speak to Gibdos and not get frozen by their stares.
5) ENTER THE WELL
Leave the Music House and go up the ramps on the cliff side until you reach the top. You will find the Well here. Climb down the ladder and enter. Be sure that you wear the Gibdo Mask here as much as possible so you don't get attacked. Also, you might want to make sure you have some things before you enter, because the Gibdos that guard the doors will only move if you give them something. I'll create a different section for Beneath the Well.
Stone Tower
Objectives:
1) Get to Stone Temple
2) Get the Map
3) Get First Small Key
4) Get Second Small Key
5) Get the Compass
6) Get the Light Arrows
7) Turn things upside-down
8) Get Third Small Key
9) Upside-down Rooms
10) Fight Wizrobe Again
11) Get Fourth Small Key
12) Get the Boss Key
13) Get the Giant's Mask
14) Beat Twinmold
Tips: Be sure to hit all of the switches that you find. Some will make chests appear that you can't open until you turn the temple upside-down.
1) GET TO STONE TEMPLE
The entrance to Stone Temple is located at the back of Ikana Canyon. From the owl statue that you can warp to, walk towards the Music House and then turn left and go up the ramp. Turn around at the top of the ramp and keep following the trail. Keep going straight and you will see a sharp incline leading to a cave. Enter it. You are now on your way to the temple. Jump across the three large blocks hovering in the air. On the other side you will find a switch. Step on the switch and play the Elegy of Emptiness. An empty warrior will be left in your place to hold down the button. Hookshot up to the next ledge and repeat the process with one of the transformation masks on (not Deku, he can't hold buttons down). Hookshot up to another ledge to find a third button and play the Elegy of Emptiness again to hold that button down. You now should have the three blocks that you crossed earlier now raised to let you pass to the other side of the canyon. Jump across. You will find three buttons lined up together. Ignore these, because they are just used to bring the blocks you just crossed back up so you can go back down. We want to go up so hookshot your way up. That is pretty much the process until you get to the top. You have to play the Elegy of Emptiness while Goron, Zora, and plain Link to hold down the three buttons that will raise blocks up so that you can continue to go up. I won't go into anymore detail on this because it really isn't that hard. Once you get to the entrance, there will be three buttons together that you can press that will move blocks out for you to enter the temple.
2) GET THE MAP
Once in the temple, you can go left, or right. You can't go straight because the door is barred. Go through the left door and you will be in a room with four switches in a small maze. The first switch is to your left when you enter. Hold this one down by playing the Elegy of Emptiness as either Link or Zora Link. Straight ahead from where you enter the room is a wall that you can bomb. Behind it are big crates that you need to smash as Goron Link. Then, there are two small crates that you shouldn't smash. Pick one up and go out and left down the hall and drop it on the switch straight ahead. Go back and get the other small crate and take a right at the end of the hall and a right again to find another switch. Then go left and straight and you will find a large switch that only Goron Link can push. Play the Elegy of Emptiness to hold the button down. Turn right and go straight and then take a left to find the gate that just opened. In this room, you will find a dragon fly and a locked door. There is also a stair in the room that leads down. Before you go down there, near the stairs is a piece of floor that is a solid color. Bomb this floor to open up a hole. Now go down the stairs. At the bottom, you will see light coming from the ceiling where you just bombed. Shine the light onto the blue block with the sun symbol. Change to Goron Link, run across the lava and open the chest on the other side. You now have the map.
3) GET THE FIRST SMALL KEY
In the map room, bomb the two statues next to the map chest and protect yourself with your shield while they blow up. Then bomb the two statues sitting in the lava. When all four are dead, a chest will appear in the lava with the first small key.
4) GET THE SECOND SMALL KEY
Go back up the stairs from the map room and go through the locked door. Put on the Zora Mask and dive into the water and swim straight ahead. To your left you will find a tunnel with a hand creature guarding it. Get caught by the hand and he will throw you up onto the ledge above the tunnel entrance. Look for a chest on this ledge and you will find the second key.
5) GET THE COMPASS
Go back into the water and kill the hand and go down the tunnel. You will come out in a huge water room. There is a button under water that you need to push for later. Surface and climb onto the bridge in the middle. On one end is a locked door. On the other is a mirror and a blue block with a sun symbol on it. Stand in the light of the bridge and shine the light on the mirror. This is tricky. The mirror will glow with light and when it charges up you can run up and a light beam will be coming from the mirror for a limited time. Direct this light onto the blue block with the sun symbol. It will reveal a small room with a chest and the compass. Tip: The mirrors are tricky things to work with. If you shine light onto them wrong, they will reflect the light right away and the light will disappear as soon as you run to the mirror. You have to get the light positioned so the mirror just glows and not reflect the light. After about ten seconds, run for the mirror. It will reflect the light and you should have plenty of time to reflect that light to where you want it. Practice and experiment to get a feel for it.
6) GET THE LIGHT ARROWS
After getting the compass, run back to the locked door and go through it. In this room, you will find lava and a deku flower. Put on the Deku Mask and float towards a gust of hot air that you can see coming out of a vent. When you get to the gust of hot air it will raise Deku Link up higher and spin his flowers faster. Start to turn left and head for the next air vent. Same thing as before. Turn left again, watch out for the real Bombchu, and head for the third hot air vent. At this last one, you will probably be starting to fall, but down let go of the float button, because if you hit the vent even going down, it will shoot you back up. Float to the ledge, turn right and enter the door. Get powered up, because this fight is hard. It took me awhile to figure this guy out. You have to fight a Garo Master for the Light Arrows. His swords are covered in flame and he can block your attacks easy. There are a couple of ways to fight him. Sometimes when he charges, he will teleport away. Quickly move from the spot you are at, because he is going to come down where you are standing. He will slash out and then look around for you. This is your chance to hit him with your sword. If he doesn't teleport away when he charges, then just keep your shield up and protect yourself. You can also use bombs and ice arrows to attack him when he is looking around for you. Once you beat him, then you get the ice arrows.
7) TURN THINGS UPSIDE-DOWN
Leave the mini-boss room through the now unbarred door. You will face a bug with a mask on. Use the hookshot to pull the mask off of his face and then hit him from a distance with the weapon of your choice. Go through the door on the other side. You are now back in the first water room we came too. There is a blue statue in front of the door. When you get near, he will attack. Fire a light arrow into his eye when it is open to beat him. The light will stun him and a few more will finish him off. Go through the door and you will be back in the first room of the temple. Exit the temple and play the Elegy of Emptiness with Link, Zora, and Goron to depress the three buttons outside the entrance. Once the blocks are back in place, jump onto the first one, turn around and look down. You should see a red gem in the side of the cliff. Shoot it with a light arrow and the world will turn upside-down.
8) GET THIRD SMALL KEY
Reenter the temple and follow the path down and take a right. Follow it up and go through the door. Use a light arrow to shoot the sun symbol on the blue block. Run up and put your Deku Mask on. Jump out of the Deku Flower and go right towards the hot gust of air. Hit it and you will be raised to a ledge with a blue button. The blue button lets you get to a chest with a stray fairy in it. Jump out of the Deku Flower on this ledge and go towards the right. There is a masked bug on a ramp. Float down near him and then head right towards a hallway. Turn left and you will see a yellow button. Push the yellow button down to reveal a chest back in the room you came from. Go back and use your hookshot to strip the mask off the bug and to kill the bug. Open the chest on the other end of the ramp to get the third small key.
9) UPSIDE-DOWN ROOMS
Warp back to the entrance and then return to the room where you got the third key. Instead of floating to the left, Float to the right. Hit the hot air gust and you will be raised to a corner ledge with a locked door. Avoid the spiked bombs and land. Go through the door. The first room now has lava on the ceiling and lots of dips on the floor. Fire a light arrow across the room at the red gem above the door. The room will turn upside-down and change into Goron Link. Walk to the other side and then hit the red gem again with a light arrow. The room will turn upside-down and you can go through the door. In the next room, you have to move a block from one corner of the room to another corner. The floor is shaped like an 'H' and the tiles are uneven. First move the block towards the middle of the 'H'. When you can't move it anymore, shoot one of the red gems in the room with a light arrow. The room will turn upside-down and you can move the block more towards the middle part of 'H'. Turn the room over again and move the block across the middle of the room. You should now be on the other side of the 'H' shaped floor. Move the block up against where the floor raises up again (should be the area where we are going to put the block). Turn the room over again and push the block in the direction of where the hole to put the block is. Turn the room over and then push the block into the hole. The door will open. Climb onto the block and then jump to the ledge with the now open door. Go through it.
10) FIGHT WIZROBE AGAIN
You should now be in a room with a fireball throwing Wizrobe. Nothing is different in defeating him. Shoot an arrow where ever he appears before he can shoot you. Watch out, because the ceiling in the room is lava and there is fire falling to the floor making things harder. Once you beat him, a chest will appear on a ledge. Hookshot up to it and go up the stairs.
11) GET FOURTH SMALL KEY
At the top of the stairs you will find three Poe's. Fight them off with your sword and then use Deku Link to float to the other ledge in the room. From this Deku Flower, turn right and float to the opening in the wall. There are Armos knights in the room. Shoot them with light arrows and when they are upside-down, run under them so they pound into the ground and kill themselves. Go straight, then right, then left. Play the Elegy of Emptiness on the blue button to keep it pushed down. From the button go left and up to the ledge. Open the chest for the fourth small key.
12) GET BOSS KEY
Go back to where you fought the Poe's and jump back to the ledge. Turn right and go through the door. In this room, hookshot the spiked bombs and float over to where they were. Then float out and steer left to the ledge opposite where you entered the room. You will be in a sloping hallway with two Blue Bubbles. If you need power, kill them as Goron Link and take the hearts. Cross the hall and wait for Link to stop flashing Blue, then enter the next room. Here you have to fight the hardest Mini-boss in my opinion. Bats will swarm on the ceiling and then collect to form a grim reaper guy called Gomess. The bats fly around him and you have to shoo them away with light arrows. Then, while they are scattered, charge forward and attack Gomess. Watch out for his scythe. Use your shield to protect you. Hit him and get away. He's quick and does not give you much room to move around. The only advice I can really give is fire a light arrow, hit him, and back away from him with you shield up so he can't hit you. Keep it up until he is dead. Then you can enter the room with the Boss Key.
13) GET GIANT'S MASK
Exit Gomess' room and go back into the hall with the Blue Bubbles. Recharge and get ready for some more fighting. Go back to other side of the hall and go through the door. Hookshot the spiked bombs and float over to that platform. Then float out of there and to the right. Don't go through the door this time. Turn left and go through the door there. You will be back out into the main room of the temple. There is an Armos knight and a button on a ledge in front of you. Shoot the Armos with a light arrow, then jump onto the ledge to make him pound. Don't let him knock you off the ledge. Push the button down and a chest will appear on the ceiling above the middle of the room. Hookshot it and then go through the door at the end of the path you are on. Fire light arrows at the Blue monsters eye. Kill him and get the Giant's Mask.
14) BEAT TWINMOLD
Enter the next room from the where you fight the Blue Monster. Hookshot the crystal switch and then hookshoot up to the ceiling and watch out for the spiked bars rolling around. Get across the room and drop down to the boss door. Opposite the boss door is a bunch of jars to get powered up. Enter the boss room and drop down the hole. Put on the Giant's Mask and attack the two worms by hitting them in the head or tail. The Giant's Mask uses magic power. You can get magic bottles by hitting the stone columns around the dessert with your sword. Take the Giant's Mask off and get the bottles when you need them. It's pretty straight forward. Keep hitting them until they are dead. TIP: If you buy some Chateau Romani then you have unlimited magic power until time is reset.
Final Battle
Majora Objectives:
1) Get to the Moon
2) Defeat the Deku Dungeon
3) Defeat the Goron Dungeon
4) Defeat the Zora Dungeon
5) Defeat the Link Dungeon
6) Get the Fierce Deity Mask
7) Deafeat Majora's Mask
There are Gossip stones in every dungeon that tell you who had all of the masks. Just in case you missed one.Talk to each child as Link. If you don't, they will ask to see your real face.
1) GET TO THE MOON
After you have obtained all of the Remains Masks from the four temples and gathered all 23 other masks, then you are ready to get to the Moon Dungeons. You don't have to have all 23 masks to get to the Moon, but you won't be able to get the Fierce Deity's Mask without all 23. Wait until Midnight of the Final day in Clock Town. When the doors open on the upper deck of Clock Tower, enter and you will face Skull Kid again. He doesn't attack you, but dares you to stop the Moon. Play the Oath to Order that you learned after defeating Woodfall. Four Giants will come and stop the Moon from falling. Majora's Mask will separate from Skull Kid and go into the Moon. The Moon then gets a surge of power and tries to crash into the planet again. The giants struggle and Link jumps into the Moon's mouth to stop Majora's Mask. When you enter you will be in a field with a huge tree in the middle. You will find five children playing around the tree. Each wears one of the remains masks. The fifth child wears Majora's Mask and sits under the tree while the rest run around.
2) DEFEAT THE DEKU DUNGEON
Find the child with the Odolwa Mask. He will ask for one of the 23 masks you have. Give one to him and he will want to play hide and go seek. You will appear in a dungeon. Put on the Deku Mask and go to the first Deku Flower. You will see two Deku Flowers on a long arm spinning around. Float to one of them and then Float to the ledge that is to the left of the spinning arm. Past that, you will see two spinning arms. One has spikes on it to knock you down and the other has two Deku Flowers. Float to the one that has the Yellow Deku Flower and quickly dive into it before the spiked arm hits you. If you jump out and float to the right of the room, you will find a heart piece. If you float to the left, you will find a door that leads to the child. Get the piece of heart if you want and float back to the gold Deku Flower and then float to the door. You have to give the child another mask to exit.Click to enlarge Deku Dungeon Map.
3) DEFEAT THE GORON DUNGEON
There are circles found on the paths. These are used to warp back to the beginning if you get stuck. Otherwise, don't touch them.Find the child with the Goht Mask. He will ask for two of your 23 masks to play. Give him two masks and go play. This one is tricky. Get lined up as Goron Link to roll down the path. You will make a jump and then bounce off two chest and then make a series of small jumps and bounce off another set of chests. The trick is to get your speed up, make the first jump and then let go of the control stick. Link will still roll forward, but you don't have to steer him. When he bounces off the chests, he will go in the right direction. Once you see some green jars, stop rolling. Power back up. You can go directly to the child, by going right onto the bridge and then turning left at the platform and then rolling and jump to the ledge with the ice. Or if you want the heart piece, continue across the wooden bridge. On the other side turn left and go as far back as you can. Curl up and start rolling, you have to make a curve while building up your speed to make the jump. You can stop rolling after you make the jump. Walk around the trail and line up for the next jump. Go straight and get your speed up for the jump. Once you've made the first jump, let off the control stick and enjoy the ride. You will come to some chests and you will bounce off of them. Don't try to steer. You'll make one more jump and there is a heart piece waiting for you. From the heart go left and get lined up for the next jump. Roll and jump the gap, then stop rolling. Turn left at the wooden bridge and go to other side of the warp tile (don't touch it). Line up with the ice ledge in front of you and make the jump. Go through the door and pay the two mask fee to exit the dungeon.Click to enlarge Goron Dungeon Map.
4) DEFEAT THE ZORA DUNGEON
Find the child with the Gyorg Mask and pay the three mask fee to play with him. You have to run through some water pipes to get to the child. You come to forks in the pipes. If you take the following, you will get the heart piece: left, left, right, left. If you take the following you will find the child: left, right, left, right. This is only one way to do it. Check the map for the forks and alternate paths.Click to enlarge Zora Dungeon Map
5) DEFEAT THE LINK DUNGEON

6) GET THE FIERCE DEITY MASK
You should have given away all 23 of your masks now. Talk to the child that sits under the tree wearing the Majora's Mask. He will say that since you have no masks that he will give you one to play. He gives you the Fierce Deity's Mask.
7) DEFEAT MAJORA'S MASK
Put on the Fierce Deity's Mask, if you have it, before you move. When you take a step, the four remains masks will come out and Majora's Mask will come out to fight. He's kinda easy to beat. He floats around and then spins on the ground. You can choose to shoot him with arrows at his back or wait until he is not spinning and is in range to slash with your sword. After you hit him a couple of time, the four remains masks will detach from the wall and attach. One hit takes them down. Hit Majora's Mask a couple more times. He will change into Majora's Incarnation. This one runs around the room quickly. Hit it with arrows or slash at it when it goes by. Once it falls, attack it with no mercy. Try not to let it get up. If it does, just knock it down again. It will take a pounding and then transform once again. The final transformation is Majora's Wrath. It is humanoid with two long whips for arms. Don't give him time to strike. Rush in and hit him with your sword quickly. Keep him off balance and he can't attack you. If you can't get close to him, dodge the blades he throws in the room and hit him with a light arrow. When he goes down, charge forward to attack. Once he is down, you have beat the game. Congratulations
