First of all you need an editor. If you are planning on making your page through
Geocities, or FortuneCity they both have great programs that you can use that help
you edit your page. Or you can use Netscape's or IE's editors, which are
both pretty easy to learn. Anyhow, find one that you can use and if you have
any questions about it I will try to help.

Type the following at the top of your html editor.

<!DOCTYPE HTML PUBLIC"-//W3C//DTD HTML 4.0 TRANSITIONAL//EN"><HTML>
<HEAD>
<TITLE> Put the name of your page here </TITLE>
<HEAD>

Here is where all the cool stuff goes (YOUR WEBPAGE!!!)
When done making your page, type...

</HTML>
</BODY>

That is it for the commands that you HAVE to have in your page, the rest is up to you, so have fun!!
