The statements above should be sufficient. Unfortunately, some people for whatever reason, continually infringe on these simple requests, choosing to twist my terms to meet their own needs. 

Please read my terms carefully, and make sure you understand exactly what they say, before downloading any of my work from any of my websites. If you are unsure on any aspect of my terms, please contact me for verification.

This means that they CANNOT BE USED IN ANY OTHER MEDIA, FORM OR FORMAT. They can not be distributed by you to anyone else in any manner, way, shape or form. They can not be used in newsletters, stationary, personal letter heads or anything else that is distributed to others. I alone reserve the right to distribute or give away my work. My work many not be included in collections of any kind, either on or off the web. This includes but is not limited to any type of collection for distribution either on-line or any other electronic media. Sites that offer free online cards are also considered collection sites. Non-profit means that your site must not be advertising, selling anything or requesting fees of any kind. This includes but is not limited to things, like your site trying to make money from links such as Amazon.com, Barns and Nobel, subscriptions to Newsletters, soliciting that people write to you for any kind of service of price list etc.

Commercial sites, or Web designers that charge others to build web sites, must have written permission before being allowed to use any of my work. If you want to make money, and still be allowed to use my work, either contact me for more information or visit my CSDesigns2 services page.

I also do not allow my work used on adult sites , sites with pornography, profanity, of hatred.

My work may not be changed, altered or modified in ANY WAY. This includes but is not limited to any change in the form or original graphic format of my original image. This means that you can not incorporate any of my images with anything else to create another image. It also means you may not resize them, color them add text to them or make buttons, bars, Backgrounds or anything else out of them. If you want to display my image on your site, you must use it as I originally created it and under all the terms I have specified .

My images on this and my other sites are not public domain. Any reference to the word Free means only that you are not being charged any fee for their use. My images are linkware, which means, if you use any of them, you must use them under the copyrights and all stipulations I have placed on them. You must also give me credit for creating these images on the pages where my images are used. This means each and every page. By credit I mean that you must display my logo and provide a link back to the main page of one of the following sites. Cherished Memories CS Designs or CSDesigns2. If you are using my work on several pages, and have my logo on your main page, then the links on your secondary pages may be a text link only. Please note, this exception is only for those sites already displaying my logo and link on their main page. The text link on these secondary pages, must also be clearly marked to indicate that the link is there because of the images being used on that page. I do not allow my work to be used on sites that give credit on credit pages, so if you intend to put my link on one of these pages, then don't even bother to visit any of my collections. I RESERVE THE RIGHT 
TO REQUEST THAT ALL MY WORK BE REMOVED
from a site that I find infringing on my copyrights. I place further stipulations on my work that once a site as abused my generosity by ignoring any of my terms that, that site no longer has my permission to use any of my work. Doing so then becomes an infringement of my copyrights which puts the infringing webmaster at risk of having action taken against them.
 

You must download these images to your own computer and then upload them to your own server. Linking directly to images is bandwidth theft and is not only frowned upon, but violates my terms and abuses my generosity. By downloading any of my images, it means that you have read, understood and have agreed to all the stipulations I have placed on the use of my images.

TO CLARIFY ADVERTISING BANNERS:
1.) If you are being paid or are receiving any monetary gains for displaying advertising banners on your site, then this makes your site a commercial site under my terms and you may not use/display my images on your site

2.) If a banner has been placed on your page by a Free Web Page Provider in exchange for free web space in order for you to build your website, and you are not selling advertising space on your website and are not receiving any monetary gains for the banner being displayed on your site then you may use my work on your pages as long as you site adheres all the stipulations placed on my work.
