My web-folio includes total of 10 writing works. It contains my own childhood story, my emotional poem, my opinion about bilingual education, and for or against essay…etc. As I go through all my web-portfolio assignments, it seems like going back to the time tunnel, where I found all my sweet feelings again. The different thing is that by putting all these assignments on the web, I could share all my expressions with everyone. Compared to all my work, I worked most on my book report. My book report includes three parts: plot, characterization, and personal response. I did the best on personal response. I think the reason why I write better is because I really got the message and theme from this book. I feel Amy Tan's work is fantastic. I really love her works. I think the poem "Summer Night" is the most creative work of all. I added so many descriptions, similes, and metaphors. Another poem "Sadness list poem" is very easy to write; all I need to do is just brainstorming.

I feel proud of all the works that I have done in this term. I have a sense of success also. There are lots of benefits by using Internet as a part of lessons in the class. Besides practice writing, all the students receive training of computer skills and they have a chance of getting in better touch with our world. Using the Internet in the class makes the lessons more exciting. For me, I am so lazy to write, but I like to type. So, all I need to do is just to type up the assignments and upload to my home page. Most teenagers like to show off themselves. Create a web page is a good way to show off one self. A web page not only indicates one's creativity, but also shows one's attitude toward schoolwork.

During the writing process and even in the class, Ms. Huck had provided us great assistance. I would like to say thanks to her from the bottom of my heart. She is a patient teacher. If she didn't teach us correct guidance to us, I don't think my writing skills can improve. I hope my grammar and speaking skills can be improve. I think I got a lot of "wealth" this semester. These useful things will be with me forever.

I will continue work on my web page and upload more and more works whenever I have time. Internet plays an important and powerful role in my life. Hopefully, I could learn more advanced computer skills and be able to survive in this changeable world. For people who don't know how to use the Internet, they will be locked out from this world; they don't get a better chance to know the current events. As you can see, there are lots of functions of the Internet. Tell you a secret, one of my dreams is to leave my footprints everywhere in the world. If I don't have a chance, I could still make it on the Internet. Although viewing the world on the net is not a real experience, still it is better than nothing. Don't you think so?
