LEYLAND NATIONAL's
LN 591
Eastern Counties LN 591 (WAH 591S) is pictured passing through Woodbridge in 1986, heading for Ipswich. At the time this bus was in the care of the out-station at Woodbridge, unusual, as the regular National based here was LN 546.
UVX 623X
In July 1996 I found myself in Cambridge, hunting out the VR's in Cambus blue livery, before they received Stagecoach stripes. Along came Leyland National UVX 623X, seen here approaching the bus station in this fine city.
NFB 604R
August 1991 saw me in Bath and Wells to ride on Badgerline's wonderful remaining RE's. Captured on film leaving the bus station in Bath was Leyland National NFB 604R.
