For those of you who bother to read these pages, I have instituted a java menu system that will eventually be active on all pages.  By passing your mouse over the special buttons;

the Pop Menu  on the home page or the various section page buttons ;

or if you use an java enabled browser you can get to the java menus with a mouse click anywhere on any page. In Navigator just use a left mouse button click, in Microsoft Internet Explorer hold down the CTRL key and use the left mouse button click.  You will get menus like the following:

These menus will allow you to easily navigate the various sections and then the various pages within the section.
