What is a “global” drivers license?
It's an “International” Drivers License. It allows you to drive in over 200 countries worldwide. IDLs have been around for decades, only most Americans have never heard of them. IDLs are real and you can have one.
You can use an IDL to rent cars and buy insurance. It's a legal drivers license and foreigners use this IDL to drive in the US when they are here.
