| We left Friday afternoon for a quick trip to St. Louis for a long weekend. We stayed at the Fronteac Hilton. On Saturday we went to the St. Louis Zoo and met up Chet, a friend of Adam's. We went to one of the area river "boats" and flirted with Lady Luck. I managed to walk away with about $60, so I was happy. Adam broke even, or made a couple bucks - I don't remember which. Poor Chet had the worst luck of all of us. | ||
| Sunday we went to the Anheiser Busch plant and took their tour. Parts of the tour were not in operation as it was a weekend and they were shut down. But the rest of it was very interesting. A leisurely drive back to town on Sunday afternoon got us ready to return to work on Monday (yuck). | ||
