Since we have just begun I would like to tell you about a place that has lots of information and ancient experiences that one can find lots about on the internet. It is the middle east and all the ancient countries of the Bible are there. This is where all the human race began and left because the great continent of Pangea split so God could spread the waters of Eden throughout the world so people could travel and enjoy themselves. Unfortunately the best choice at where to split the great continent of Pangea happened to make the place where everyone was currently living rather unihabitable such that God said to the wise you need to pack your bags and go touristin. Those who did not join in this first travel agent sort of encounter and advice ended up in a rather dry place which is now basically uninhabitable unless they learn to harness the intelligences of the human race and irrigate instead of propagate and fight.
So although I am not God and do not have his authority I would suggest to you when you travel carry enough in a suitcase like brief case for a few days in case your luggage decided it wants to travel to Acapulco while you are in Berlin. Luggage tends to have a mind of its own and mine tends to like to depart to other parts unknown to even the airports often for long times...but it always seems to come back happy if a little more worn for the travel (I am sure it is partying up on my investment on my tickets). But what better reason to go out during a business meeting to shop than "My luggage got lost and I haven't a thing to wear." So I encourage my luggage to travel so I can see some of where I travel. It is a good idea to get a "Let's Go' Book before you travel anywhere, to consult your travel agents, and to talk to your hotel personnelle on the safe and good places to go. (Incidentally my daughter neglected to do that in college. After listening to a landlords lies ended up in the shady part of town where going out after dark was not wise while attending her University.) So for many reasons it is best to be sure you have gotten advice as to where and what to do from trustworthy informed persons you come in contact with.
This is one of the many places my daughter visits on the internet in order to help with world peace discussions. Also where Governor Tom Shanks of Pennsylvania traveled to help with Peace processes. You yourself can be an active part in peace activities on your travels by helping, sharing and educating others in the world such that the world becomes a more friendly place.

Here at Arab net you can find out anything you want about the countries in the area, from hospitals to restaurants, and even some great pictures. They also advise you on what vaccines to make sure you have prior to traveling. As we all know even within the greater continental US when traveling you should have your vaccines up to date for where else do you meet more people with the potential to give you a cold than in an airport. Eat good get plenty of rest on your trip and you will be less prone to colds. Same thing for at home...I like to eat oranges and grapefruit whenever I feel a cold coming on...seems to work... what would want to live in a system full of citris like grapefruit?
We will be adding links as we go along to the places we would like to travel and have traveled. Currently we are in Seattle visiting the Round Man's mass of relatives and my kid who lives in Denmark who can barely speak English anymore. There are a group of excellent fast learning tape series you can pick up by several companies which I incidentally own several which will help you learn at least the key phrase "I do not speak this language please help me I am lost." Which has helped me a few times, and "How much does this cost?" Incidentally I gave up on key phrases like "What is this?" Because by the time they finished explaining too fast for me to get I was able to figure out from the price they had quoted and looking at it if I wanted to purchase it. I would definitely suggest going to a bakery in Germany and picking out anything they are all excellent,lower in sugar, and higher in fresh fruit content than most pasteries out there. Also try the Eis that is often sold on the streets everywhere while you are walking to a business meeting. Eis is lower in calories than regular icecream and still very full in flavor.
Where I would like to go in the future is to outer space which I am sure is coming real soon but until then just go to Nasa to check things out. Be seeing you soon as I select my links to visit while you decide where you need to or want to go.
