Hi people!

This was a charity event held by a Raleigh International member who wanted to raise funds for her expedition to Omar. My colleague, Mei, who's the president of this society took the opportunity to get volunteers from our company for this event where we'll help out in giving the home for special needs children i Kajang a fresh coat of paint.

I was slightly disappointed as I thought I was going to an orphanage to paint with the children there. However, the home was actually like a school to 'special' children and they weren't there 'coz it was the weekend where they're back at home with their families.

All in all it was still a 'feel-good' event in that at the end of the day, you know that you gave a hand to make others happy. The day also ended in a happy note where we foster closer ties amongst ourselves (my colleagues) especially during our own Kajang satay treat.
