Nobody does it better in the dirt than Kawasaki. Our
motocross, off-road and dual-purpose bikes are all
designed to perform and be the best in their respective
categories. And the results speak for themselves - no one
has won as many major championships in �97 as Kawasaki.
If you know who Fro Daddy is and the name Carmichael
sends chills down your spine as you roll up to the starting
gate, then you are into motocross. And if you know that
much, then you know that Kawasaki KX motocrossers are
the bikes to have - if you want to win. For �98 the KX250
and KX125 received major enhancements to the
suspension and engine for even more power and the ability
to soak up big hits. Check them out if the idea of being on
the podium appeals to you.
The KX80 and KX100 are both new from the ground up
and incorporate many features from the bigger KX
models. If you have been to Ponca City or Loretta Lynn�s,
then you know that green bikes command the amateur
ranks.
And rounding out the KX line are the KX60 for all the little
racers out there and the KX500 for all the veteran racers.
These two bikes have so many wins between them that
even we can�t keep track of them all.
The twisting trails of the eastern woods or the
whooped-out sand washes of the west and everything in
between are the domains of Kawasaki off-road bikes. The
KLX300R brings you four-stroke power in a lightweight
package and the KDX200 and KDX220R give you nimble
handling, bullet-proof engines and power approaching that
of a 250cc bike. For bombing trails nothing beats a
Kawasaki.
Looking for a dual-purpose bike you can slog through the
dirt, but also ride on the road comfortably? The KLR650
and KLR250 are the bikes to be on. They have everything
you need to make the most of every surface and do some
major exploring and light touring.
