THE SEND OFF
Chris Langfords last game was against
Footscray at Waverley Park, the Hawks lost the game, but Langers still
got a great send off.Langford playing in his final of his 303 games for
the club had been flying in from Sydney every year for the few years prior.Langford
walked off the ground at the conclusion of the match and lifted his Hawthorn
jumper above his head as he did during the merger debate.This gensture
showed how passionate Langers was towards Hawthorn.
