There is absolutely no question that Courtney Alexander can light it up quickly. Alexander led the nation in scoring at over 25 points a game in Fresno State. He has the offensive skills and good size to be able to become one of the best shooting guards in the NBA. He has a three point shot, jumpshot, fadeaway and can take it into the basket. He would be the first shooting guard taken in this draft. Courtney Alexander's obstacle in the NBA is to learn how to be consistent. His shooting percentage from behind the arc needs improvement. However, for a scorer such as Alexander, he would eventually learn to knock shoots from every sector at the basketball court with consistency. | |||||||||||||||||
| Aside from learning to become consistent, another factor that might put Alexander down the draftboard is his attitude problem. Alexander had off court problems at Virginia. However, Alexander has shown bettr character and leadership in and out of the basketball court.
