Al Harrington was the first of the two young Diaper Dandies of the Indiana Pacers. Under Larry Bird and the experienced Indian Pacers, Harrington sat on the bench a lot. However, more importantly, he learned a lot from them. A year after, Harrington for a part of the season broke into the rotation. However, his youth and his health gave him a setback. Pacer fans who watched Harrington contribute early in the season so that star potential that Harrington had. With the Indiana Pacers getting younger next season, Harrington will get to see more action and develop even more.

With Croshere and Rose playing, Al Harrington will find it difficult to see more minutes next year. However, with another year under his belt, expect Harrington to make the regular rotation. He may even have a chance to make an emeregence as Croshere did just this season. With Bender, Harrington will help the Indiana Pacers rebuild very quickly or might not have to rebuild at all.
