Morris Peterson

If it wasn't for Mateen Cleaves inspiring comeback to the championship game after the injurt, Morris Peterson would have been the better pick as the Tournament MVP. He played a pivotal role in the offensive end during the 2nd half. In fact, Peterson lead all of the rallies of Michigan State in the NCAA Tournament. He delivered in the second half in all of the game they were trailing. He was the go to guy of the NCAA Champions.
Peterson is an athletic player who can also score from the outside. In the Final Four, he proved that he also had array of jumpers from all over the floor. Along with his offensive skills, peterson is a good offensive and defensive rebounder. Everytime the shoot went up, he would be underneath the board if he wasn't grabbing it. He is also a good defensive player. He can move well with or without the ball. Peterson would likely be a late lotter pick.
