Harry Kewell's History page 1
Harry Kewell was born in Smithfield, a suburb of Sydney Australia, to parents Rod and Helen, on the 22nd of September 1978. He is the youngest of three children, his brother and sister are Rod and Jacqeline.

Harry graduated from the New South Wales Soccer Academy and in 1995, at the age of 16, flew out from Sydney heading for the U.K. under the NSW Soccer Federation's Big Brother Scheme. Harry was offered a place with Leeds United Football Club, which he accepted.

After a period playing in several matches for the Youth Reserve team, he finally made his Leeds Premier League debut on the 30th March 1996, as a substitute in a game against Middlesbrough. So, therefore, it was not until 1997 when Harry scored his first goal for the Leeds Premiership team.
