Once upon a time when the Iceman was a bit smaller, he and a
few friends decided to build a wrestling ring and wrestle in it.
The made a federation, called UWC. Iceman enjoyed a great deal of
success under the name Sure Shot Steel. As you can see by the
above photo he is a former UWC worlds champion. But tradegy
struck UWC, the big fat ass in the picture got smacked in the
head with a turnbuckle and everybody quit UWC.
Then a revelation from god. The commissioner of UWC recieved a
phone call from President Stevens of the WoW. He said, "How
would you and your wrestlers like to join the best in Backyard
Wrestling". Of course we had seen their shows and they were
very good, so we joined. Hydro (Ralph "the shark"
Patterson) and the Commissioner (Jackrabbit) joined along with
Steel.
That is when the name Iceman was chosen because of his ability to stay cool under pressure. He also had semi-arctic training in Juneo, Alaska with trainer Dean Travagayski. His debut match in WoW was a 4-corners match. Clearly Iceman dominated along with new enemy Ralph. But jackrabbit beat the Punisher for the victory. Iceman quickly became friends with Ralph. They got stronger and together climbed the Ladder quickly in WoW. But Ringmaster got greedy and saw a chance to crush Kid Destroyers confidence and he needed a big, strong, assailant. Ralph Patterson was perfect. Mr Destruction was scheduled to defend Destroyers title at the Two Day Extreme. Ralph was called Destroyer out at the command (with a large bribe) from Ringmaster. Right before the main event Ringmaster knocked out Destruction with a sedetive, stole his clothes, and handed the title to Ralph Patterson. This made Ralph partial to Ringmaster, who quickly double crossed the Shark. Iceman was defeated by Ringmaster with the help of Ralph. Iceman and Ralph ended their frendship 1 week later at Winter War 2.
