The 49ers whooped the Washing Redskins 45-10 in Washington giving the Redskins their worst home loos in 50 years.
Garrison Hearst had a very productive game running for 138 yards and scoring 1 touchdown. Hearst is leading the NFL in rushing so far this year.
Steve Young passed for over 300 yards and 2 touchdowns. The Redskins QB Trent Green had a productive first half but Brian Westbrook recieved a personal foul on the goalline to negate a touchdow .
From there on the Niners put the game away in convincing fashion putting them in a tie for first place with the Saints and Falcons? Who would have guessed
