Garrison Hearst adds 10 quick
points to the Fault's score with a
96 yard TD run.
SALISBURY- The Steaks drop their home opener to the visiting Keys, by grabbing the first DOG of the year.  Florida was solid, but unspectacular in the win.

PORTLAND- Oregon sits new WR Moss, but it doesn't matter as the Punch knocks them out by 31.  The Moon to Galloway combination could carry Hawaii a long way this year.

BIRMINGHAM- The Burgers put together a strong offensive game, but it wasn't enough to top the Pants.  New Jersey benefited from 2 defensive TDs that made the difference.

DES MOINES- San Andreas sets a new single game scoring record with 77 points.  They top their own record of 73 set on week 1 of 1994.  That year the Faults ended the season 8-6 and made their only appearance in the Super Bowl.  Could this be foreshadowing?

BOISE- Coach Bastyr, of the defending Super Bowl Champion Bags, continued his lifetime undefeated streak over Veins coach Moore with a 29-20 victory.  It was an early rematch of Super Bowl VII, but the result was the same.  Coach Moore is glad this is their only meeting in the regular season.

Next Week's Match Ups:
