To start of the card Iron Mike Steele came down to the ring and called the World Champion, Judgment, out and asked for a shot the the World Title at that nights card. Well Judgment thought about it for a while and then said Iron Mike could have his shot if he could defeat DareDevil first. So that set the stage for the nights main event.
Skullberg vs Homey-G
KnightHawk vs Slaughterhouse
Iron Mike Steele vs DareDevil
DDT vs. X-Rated
"The Extreme Bastard" Andy Header vs Viper(Hardcore Title, Texas Death Match)
Judgment vs. DareDevil
This was Homey-G's first match since losing his Hardcore Title. It was a rebound match so to speak and it didn't seem like Homey-G needed any rebounding. He's man-handled The Phenom Skullberg the entire match and then wraped up the vicotry with the "New York Assult".
This was the first match between these two competitors and hopefully not the last. The action in this match was excellent. A battle that went back and forth for many minutes but eventually ended in a victory for Slaughterhouse after he executed his patented cradle piledriver. We all hope to see more contests between these two competitors in the future.
Being the match to decide the number #1 contender for the World Title it was guaranteed to be a real slobber-knocker. You would have thought this was a hardcore match the way these two went at it. Chairs, bats, and trays were all incorperated in this match. Iron Mike held controll for a while but then DareDevil took over and showed Iron Mike who deserved to be the #1 contender. At one point he layed Iron Mike out on the enterance way and dove from the ring apron onto Iron Mike with a Swan Dive. It was all smooth sailing from this point for DareDevil. He beat on Iron Mike a bit more and then brought him into the ring and executed the "Death Driver" to earn his shot against Judgment later in the card.
