The Frontside 180
The frontside 180 (AKA The easy 180). I think that most of you people out there are familiar with what the 180 is, but just in case, here's an example: Stand up and look at the wall, now turn around and look at the wall that your butt was just looking at...congratulations that is a 180 degree turn. Now that you know how much a 180 is, when you are on a skateboard, a frontside 180 is when you spin towards your back (to your left if you are regular, to your right if you are goofy). Now learn how to do it and stop reading this dumb paragraph!

STEP 1: Place your back foot on the tail, just like an ollie. Place your front foot in the normal ollie position, maybe a little bit more away from your body.

STEP 2: First things first: Wind up your body! Turn your shoulders the opposite way you want to spin (to the right for regulars and to the left for goofy people). Kick down just like an ollie (because it is an ollie: a 180 ollie), and when you are in the air, unwind your body and spin frontside. Take the board with you by using your feet. Land like you are switch or fakie and ride away.
