STEP 1: Set up your feet almost exactly like an ollie, with your front foot angled forward at about 20-45 degrees (where you are comfortable).
STEP 2: Kick down your back foot like an ollie, and as you are in the air slide your front foot both forward and off to the side. After kicking your front foot off to the side, pull both feet up into the air and let the board flip underneath you.
STEP 3: After the board flips around 1 complete time and the griptape is once again right-side up, let your feet down and catch the board (preferably in the air). Once again, let your knees take the impact and roll away. Go brag to your friends about that!
