   Christiansburg Wrestling has wonderful practice facilities. The building is state of the art with wrestling mats, weight room, showers and much more. Christiansburg Wrestling has two-a-day practices all throughout the season and practice once a day in the off season. We pride ourselves on having the most in shape wrestlers in the state.
