	Help on Make pairing.
	---------------------

Nota Bene: it is usually a good idea to save the tournament before
making a pairing to make sure that no data is lost.

Before a pairing is made you have to answer the following questions:
	1. which players receive a loss because they won't play this round,
	2. which players receive a draw because they won't play this round,
	3. which pairings are already fixed.
On all three questions type <enter> if there are no such players or pairings.
	4. which algorithm should be used.
The best strategy here is to try the first algorithm, which is usually
the fastest but which may occasionally take a very long time. If it does not
terminate within a reasonable time interrupt it with the <esc> key and try
the second algorithm. A very rough indication of the time the second
algorithm will take is given. If the first algorithm does terminate fast
enough it is still instructive to use the second algorithm and compare the
pairings. They should always be the same.

6: A- the game is adjourned and the provisional score is a draw
7: R1-0 black did not show up, white receives the point
8: R0-1 white did not show up, black receives the point
9: R- the game is not played but the point is shared
