RULES AND CONDITIONS 0F ENTRY
The Promoters reserve the right to cancel or put forward any event if it is found expedient to do so, and to vary the order and composition of this schedule according to circumstances. The Organisers reserve the right to refuse any entry without stating the reason for so doing. The Promoters shall not be liable to any claim in respect of damage or accident to any person (whether competitor or onlooker), livestock vehicle or property howsoever caused in connection with or arising out of this show and it shall be deemed a condition of entry that each competitor or onlooker shall hold the Promoters blameless, and that he or she shall be deemed to indemnify the Promoters against legal proceedings, expenses or damages whatsoever arising from accident or any other incident.
Horses and ponies when not competing must be kept strictly to the collecting enclosures and exercising paddocks. Hard hats and sensible footwear must be worn in ail events, no whips or spurs are allowed in gymkhana events. The use of spurs in pony classes is not allowed. Horses deemed to be lame by the judge will not be allowed in the ring. Overall winner of Classes 10, 11 and 12 to provide own transport for the 5 private riding lessons - there will be no cash alternative.
All dogs must be kept on a lead except when competing in the dog show. Age of horses and riders will be taken on the day. The judges' decision shall be final. Horse boxes and COMPETITORS ONLY have free entrance to the field. No entry will be accepted without the appropriate entrance fee. Horses may only be led in classes where stated and riders being led may not enter any other classes. Horses must be 4 years old or over on the day of the show, except in classes 18, 19 and 20. Entry fees will only be refunded on production of a veterinary certificate. There will be a £10 deposit for ALL trophies (returnable) which must be signed for before leaving the secretary's caravan.
