The
Rock had the opportunity to become a four-time World Wrestling
Federation Champion as he challenged the Undertaker. When the
referee was knocked unconscious, Paul Bearer poured ether alcohol
on a handkerchief. But after he floored the Undertaker with a
clothesline, The Rock was able to pick up the handkerchief and
use it on the Undertaker! But Triple H came out and Pedigreed The
Rock! Both superstar lay on the canvas as the referee recovered
and began to administer the ten count. The Undertaker was able to
get to his feet and then flop onto The Rock, but the
People’s Champion kicked out. The champion got back to his
feet, picked up The Rock, and delivered a Tombstone piledriver.
This time, the Undertaker got the cover and retained the
Federation Championship!
WWF Fully Loaded 25/7/99:
The Great one
goes up against HHH one more time! But this time it couldnt be
more important. The Stipulation in this match is the Winner is
the #1 Contender for the WWF Championship at Summerslam. The
Match is a Strap Match. The Rock and Triple H competed in the Fully
Loaded Strap Match for the right to battle the World Wrestling
Federation Champion at SummerSlam. Chyna showed up midway through
the match and distracted the referee after The Rock hit his Rock
Bottom. As the match continued, Mr. Ass came out and clobbered
The Rock with a club, but somehow the Miami native kicked out.
After The Rock hit the People’s Elbow, Mr. Ass grabbed the
strap and pulled the People’s Champion out of the ring.
Triple H recovered and hit The Rock with the Pedigree to win the
match! Again the Great One Screwed, BUT he will get his chance
again.
MR ASS Watch out at Summerslam...
