At United Studios we teach a style of martial arts called Kempo. Kempo is a safe, fun, and extremely practical method of self defense which employs punches, kicks, joint manipulations and grappling techniques. Classes are organized to provide a healthy cardiovascular workout, enhance flexibility and teach effective self defense.
	KICKBOXING: Our Kardio Kickbox program will give you the results you've always wanted, while also learning to defend yourself in any situation. Kardio Kickboxing takes the music, excitement and energy of aerobics, but adds important self-defense techniques like jabbing, hooking, kicking and blocking. All this while burning up to 800 calories per hour! (According to Muscle and Fitness Magazine.)
CHILDREN: In addition to the physical goals of self defense, strength and coordination our children�s classes focus on positive character development. When instilled at an early age the qualities of self-esteem, respect, self control and self discipline will last a lifetime.
