Praying Mantis Kung Fu
Sifu John Swantek - John Swantek started in the martial arts at 14 studying Kenpo Karate in which he eventually received a Black Belt. Several years later he met Sifu Steve Spoth an Eight Step Praying Mantis instructor and has been studying Mantis Kung Fu since. He has also become a student of Sifu George Lisjak in which he trains in Plum Blossom Praying Mantis. He is a student in Iron Palm under the direction of Sifu John Newberry. He has completed the first phase of training in Krav Maga Israeli Self Defense and Fighting. John teaches Praying Mantis Kung Fu and Krav Maga on a regular basis at the Krav Maga Northeast Regional Training Center in Clarence New York. He can be contacted at [email protected]
