·         Shelby Feasibility Study, Helped 5 group members determine feasibility of donation of Shelby property for use as a conference/retreat center to Delta State University. Helped gather information. Helped in creation of SWOT Analysis and market analysis for suggested use of property. Created online version of survey (http://okra.deltast.edu/~cedwards/surveyweb.html) given to assess state of target market wants and needs. Collected and compiled survey data. Helped on statistical analysis of survey data. Helped develop various presentations based on findings.

                        Ran day-to-day operations of store by myself, talked to customers in store and over telephone and email; sold computers, printers and various parts; sold service contracts; prepared quotes on various items for customers; worked on machines that customers brought in (upgrading, pc not working, etc); kept track of inventory; ordered new inventory; entered sales invoices, orders, quotes, sales orders, etc. into main company system (PeachTree) via pcAnywhere; updated company website http://www.keysolution.com with Frontpage 2000 and Cute FTP.
