Anders is from Tappenoje about 70 kms south of Copenhagen. He started
skiing when he was 9 years old, and the first trip went to Sell am Ziller
in Austria. He's educated as an electro-mechanic but works now at
Rossignol. When he reached 20 years he tried out as a ski bum for the
first time and like Rolf the first winter went to Val Thorens in the French Alps.
He thought that the skiing in the Alps suited his lifestyle fine and he's
now had five seasons in Val Thorens!
After the first season Anders entered the National Team in mogul skiing, and
he's competed in French Cup, Europa Cup and World Cup. Due to several indurations
he quit the team in 1998 to the advantage of Freeride skiing and the New
School style. That's how he was
one of the idea makers to Freeride.dk
