That phrase is the one phrase that describes the hitman the best. He is the Best there is The best There Was and The Best there ever will be. Just look at his stats: 2X WWF Tag Team Champion, 2X WWF IC Champion, 2X WCW U.S. Champion, the first WWF King of the Ring and last but not leasat 5X WWF World Champion!!!! In my opinion he is the best wrestler ever.
