- Foampigs
-
Foampigs can be used for the cleaning of pipelines. Our foampigs
are manufactured from flexible, open cell polyether and polyester (prepolymere)
foam and we produce several density ranges. Higher density foams have
more tear strength and wear resistance than lower density foams. Lower
density foams are more flexible than higher density foams. We produce
foampigs in all sizes from 2" through 60". Uxem's pigs are
used in the oil and gas, municipal and industrial sector.

- Polyurethane pigs

- For specialized requirements, our modern polyurethane manufacturing
division is also capable of custom polyurethane moulding. Uxem's
polyurethane division produces castable polyurethane pigs in a variety
of hardnesses and chemical compositions. Polyurethane elastomers have
outstanding physical properties including toughness, tear resistance
and good chemical resistance. These polyurethane elastomers offer you
several advantages including low mould costs as well as the ability to
produce large or small parts.
- Uxem's pigs can be
adjusted with a bottom coating and a nose (cone
tip).
- The larger pigs can be adjusted with a rope for handling purposes.
- Our pigs are not
available with rotating patterns of polyurethane coating.

- Polishing pads

Uxem produces polishing pads of extreme high quality foam. These
pads are used in the international automotive industry. Uxem's pads
are great for polishing and waxing and produce a flawless finish. Our
pads are made from a tough, tear resistant polyester foam. We produce
the pads in a wide range of diameters and thicknesses, so that they
are applicable on all polishing machines. Other forms and shapes are
also possible.

- Sponge foams

- We have numerous sponge foams in our assortment which can be used
for hand and machine sponges. Uxem's sponges can be adjusted with
several textiles including abrasive cloth for scrubbing sponges. All
forms and sizes are possible!
