Look at other member Hello - I'm Mr Ed. Kidding, actually, my name is Bok and I was born and raised in the "hick" village of Masterton. Hmmmmmmm.

I am a "demon" spin bowler and I have have a reputation for ferocious fielding. Some would say that I put superglue on my hands when out in the field because I take so many catches.

I made my first appearance for the Tawa Trojan Cricket Team way back in the summer of 69 - I'm getting a wee bit carried away here, actually the year was 1992 and I only played 2 matches that season. My fine performances must have made a big impression on the rest of the team because they invited me to become a permanent part of the team the following season. (or maybe it was because of my generosity in the pub after the games - bribery gets you everywhere).

Either way, I am really enjoying my time with the Tawa Trojans (on and off the field) and I hope you enjoy reading the rest of this page, and infact all the pages in this fine web site.

HOW DID I GET MY NICK NAME - AS TOLD BY MY GOOD FRIEND

It is a miracle that the BOK meister is still alive.... and one theory on how he actually got his nickname relates to the near death experience ..... is as follows ...

Bok was at a party and in his youthful exuberant way that he has... decided to fall three stories on to the pavement below...

neat trick eh ...

...only problem was some dick head had left their sandwich board out on that pavement and the sound of Darrens stomach being ripped open by that sandwich board was not to dissimilar to his nick name BOK!!!!
