Goldie struck early and VeeH chipped away into the wind to winkle out the top order between them. VeeH finishing with the fine figures of 3 for13 off his 8 overs.

Frog, Panda, and Doink all struggled to find their line and length and MrShin bowled three very fiery overs without reward.

Bok bowled his loopy spinners to bamboozle the East lower order and take his personal Trojan wicket tally past the ONE HUNDRED wicket mark with 3 for12 off a 4 over spell.

Easts finally stumbled through to 100 leaving the Trojan batsmen with a little work to do.

Doink & MrShin both ran themselves out without scoring before Sam Fao - 61 and Damian 41 n.o. secured an emphatic first up win.

Goldie struck early and VeeH struggled bowling into a gale. Frog got smashed and then along came the Bok man who again bowled his loopy spinners to bamboozle the Indians middle and lower order and take his second "3 for" in as many matches.

Indians amassed over 200 leaving the Trojan batsmen with a lot of work to do.

Doink & Goldie - true Brothers put on 50's to secure an 8 wicket victory

Indians A lost the toss and we elected to bowl. Goldie & VeeH opened up and lost wickets regularly. Goldie was unlucky in a 7 over spell not to collect a wicket and ended with 0-26. JK came in to replace Goldie and finished with an impressive 4 for 9 off 3 firey overs. VeeH did the work horse effort into the wind and was rewarded with 5 for 21 off 9.4 overs. Indians were all out for 59 and in reply Tawa were 8 for 1 when rain halted play. With Mr Shin back next week to bolster the batting lineup, Tawa are well placed to push on for outright points. Alas the rain came and the game ended in a draw

Collegians won the toss and the game outright - we sucked and so does this commentary. The only highlight of this game was a ripper of a catch by Jase off the often wayward Shin.

Easts gave us one hell of a game controlling the play for one and a half days before leaving us 184 to win off about 24 overs - Bandit opened and blazoned 15 before Stooly, Shin, & Goldie kept us in the game. Some late smacking by Frog and Panda helped us to win with an over to spare, much to the disgust of Easts - Shit happens.

The Tokelau's as usual gave us a battering - Tala scoring 80 odd (for three)

The Indian B team scored 143 for 9 (10 if you count Shin smashing a cheekbone) and in reply Tawa scored 144 all out after being 132 for 3 at one stage. The indians replied with 126 leaving the Trojans an easy canter to victory - that is SHOULD HAVE - but alas the tail yet again squandered the opportunity and we were left fighting off defeat at 81 for 8 at the end.

After being transferred to Karori three - Tawa battled to 111 all out with only Shin scoring 52 anything to rave about for Tawa. Steve Walters secured a fine 7-26 for the Brooklyn boys and things looked grim for the Trojans. But as with all things Trojan - who would have believed that the Brooklyn boys could out self destruct better than us - Thanks to a superb bowling spell by Goldie to over shadow SW's effort in gaining honours board figures of 7-4

In the 2nd innings it was another Shin show as Captain Sloth was allowed the luxury of declaring when Shin was on 69 not out leaving the Brooklyn boys 230+ to secure outright points. Goldie was looking for a 10 wicket haul this match but didn't bank on VeeH tearing a groin and allowing the SHIN to SHINE. Eight clean bowled wickets for a miserly 21 saw the Trojans keep their slim title hopes alive and set up an excellent Stag Night for Doink.
