  • 2 foot piece of 4" pvc
  • five foot piece of 2" pvc
  • 4"-2" bell reducer
  • 4" coupler
  • 4" female adapter
  • 4" threaded endcap
  • can of pvc glue only use pvc glue on pvc!!!!

    Instructions

    Step 1 - Clean all the parts and make sure they fit. Step 2 - Glue the 5 feet of 2" dia PVC into the 2" end of the reducer. Step 3 - Glue the two foot piece of 4" dia piece of PVC into the other end of the reducer. Step 4 - Glue the 4" coupling into the other end of the 4" pipe. Step 5 - Glue the 4" female threaded Cleanout to the open end of the coulping. Step 6 - Looking at the size of the sparker, decide what size of a hole to drill in the endcap. If using a lantern sparker, use the 3" threaded endcap. Drill a hole in the end cap, it should be a third of an inch. Check the igniter. There should be a bunch of screws and pieces in the kit to help you keep it in better. Step 7 - Your almost there! Install the igniter with the pieces in the Coleman lantern sparker kit in the endcap. Screw it in nice and tight. Step 8 - Make sure that all the pieces have a good fit. Step 9 - Let gun dry. A FULL 24 HOURS. The fumes need to go away and you need the joints to be firm and strong. I know you will be tempted but, don't touch it for a full 24 hours and I advise you when letting it dry keep it out in the open with the endcap off. Step 10 - Take a dremel or metal file and bevel the outside of the barrel so that it will cut spuds to fit better and get a better seal. Step 11 - Compare the ram rod to the barrel. MARK THE BROOM STICK SO YOU WILL KNOW WHERE TO STOP RAMMING. You don't want the ram rod to push the potato in to the chamber. Congratulations! Click Here to learn how to fire your new potato cannon.
