Jeff is a former racer in motorcycle and kart classes. His love for son, Dusty, and insight to Dusty's talents, urged him to step down and give the youngster the solo spotlight. Prior to hanging up his helmet, he earned many trophies and plaques, including 4 points championships, 2 seconds, and 1 fifth.  He spent three years as owner, crew chief, and entire crew for Dusty.
	"Uncle John" has assisted on several different race teams over the last 7 years, both asphalt and dirt. He has feature wins with 4 different drivers, and is a former crew chief on a Nascar Modified. His accomplishments have earned him several trophies and plaques. John has been a mechanic since the age of 14.
	2001 was the first year Jeff helped the team. He doesn't hesitate to jump in wherever needed. He's learning quickly what needs to be done each race to get the car and team ready to race.
	Kristen just joined the team in 2001. However, she is no stranger to racing. Her father used to take her to drag races as a child, and she watches the races on TV each Sunday. Kristen helps out by taking the notes for the team, or whatever else needs to be done each week.
	Craig, and his company, Walkabout Farrier Service, have been an associate sponsor on the car since the beginning. And Craig likes to lend a hand in the pit area when he's at the track.
	"Grandpa Herb" has provided moral support as well as financial assistance to the team. He helps out in the pits whenever he gets the opportunity.
	Lisa handles all the promotions for the team. This includes the website development, merchandising, and sponsor packs.
