In the picture below to the right, Rune Ingebrigtsen, chief instructor of Chito ryu Karate, Norway, trying to push Rick Clark over, to no success, while Rick had no problem pushing Rune. This demo is always very popular, but unfortunately, Clark sensei hasn't told me how he does it! :-)
