Part two

"Ladies and gentlemen welcome to Monday Night Nitro. I'm Tony Schiavone with me is the professor, Mike Tenay and Bobby 'the Brain' Heenan. First out tonight we have Mean Gene Oakerland in the ring with The Girls.

"Thank you Tony. Now last week these fine ladies survived a run in with the Wolpac. So Jade what's next for you."

"Well Gene we've decided that we want a belt. Mel, with my and Linzi's full backing, is challenging for the cruiserweight belt."

"Let me get this right. You're challenging the holder, Kidman to a match with Mel." Linzi grabbed the mic.

"That's right Gene. Kidman, we know you're back there. Come and have a go if you think you're hard enough!" Gene took the mic back.

"And I think Kidman has come out to answer the challenge."

"I'll fight you next Monday Mel, but you'll lose."

The three girls sniggered as they made their way backstage. The plan was working to perfection.

"Ladies and gentlemen welcome to Thunder. And boy do we have some matches for you tonight. I'm Tony Schiavone and with me as usual is Mike Tenay and Bobby Heenan. So Mike tonight we have a match that Raven asked for a few weeks ago. Him verses Kidman. Do you think that the young champ is ready for this?"

"Well, Tony, Raven is still out for revenge after Kidman's actions at Fall Brawl. I think he's not so much out to win as to hurt Kidman."

"I agree with you there, Mike. Now Raven will have Kanyon with him. Do you think that anyone will be watching Kidman's back."

"I'm not sure, Tony. Kidman has a good relationship with Rey Mysterio recently, especially in their tag team matches, but who's to know"

"I know"

"No you don't Bobby! Why do you insist on making these statements?"

"One thing for sure, Tony."

"What is it Mike?"

"With The Girls out for his belt Kidman will have to have eyes in the back of his head."

Backstage in their dressing room, watching the monitors, Jade and Linzi were rolling around in laughter.

"Keep still, Linzi." grumbled Mel who was trying to curl Linzi's hair. "There I've finished. What do you think?" Linzi looked at herself in the mirror.

"Perfect." she grinned. Raven's theme music blared through the moniter. "Guess that's my cue."

Commentary transcript on the Raven w/Kanyon v Kidman match.

TS: Well Raven has made his way to the ring and thankfully hasn't started whining about anything."

MT: Raven is focused tonight. He finally gets his revenge on Kidman for helping lose the Flock with that drop kick.

BH: Kidman didn't lose him the flock though. Saturn did.

TS: Bobby how can you not remember the events last fall. No, don't say anything. Here comes the young champ now.

MT: Kidman looks pretty confident facing his former leader.

TS: And Raven has attacked before the bell. He is pummeling Kidman. Ohhh suplex.

MT: That has to have hurt Kidman.

TS: Wait a minute who's this walking down the ramp.

MT: I think...it is. It's Linzi from The Girls.

BH: She isn't wearing her usual red dress.

TS: Thank you Bobby. We can all see that. In fact she is dressed similarly to Raven.

MT: Identical, in fact, Tony. Even her hair is like his.

TS: Ladies and gentlemen we have no idea what is happening here. If Linzi is out to help Raven then Kidman is in real trouble.

MT: The Girls always stick together. Mel and Jade won't be far away.

TS: Linzi is leaning against the ring apron across from Kanyon and Raven has noticed her.

MT: He doesn't look to happy about it. He's gesturing angrily at her T-shirt which is the same as his.

BH: What's happening now?

TS: I think she's offering to remove it. In fact she is starting to take her jacket off but Kanyon has run round and stopped her.

BH: Spoilsport.

TS: Bobby this is a family show. How many times do I have to tell you that!

(The match continues)

TS: Well Kidman is very tired now. He's had to fight Kanyon a couple of times as well as keeping an eye on Linzi who's still out there although we're not sure why.

BH: Possibly on a scouting mission for Mel.

MT: D'you know, Tony, Bobby could be right. She could be just out here to watch the match.

TS: Well, it's possible. Kidman is in the corner struggling to get up. Raven has left the ring and he's got a chair. This match is surely over for Kidman.

MT: Hold on what's Linzi doing.

TS: It's incredible. She's climbing the ropes and, ohhhhh, she has drop kicked the chair full into Raven's face.

MT: Now she's running backstage with Kanyon chasing her.

TS: Raven is out cold. Kidman makes the pin and it's over. Kidman has won thanks to help from Linzi.

MT: You have to remember, Tony, Kidman saved Linzi from Luger the other week. Perhaps she is returning the favour.

Back in the dressing room the three girls exchanged hi-fives.

"Did you see their faces when you started to strip." Jade giggled weakly. Mel was holding her sides laughing.

"Stop it." she said, "How confused is Kidman!!!" That set them off again. Linzi wiped the tears of laughter from her eyes.

"Wait til they find out that's my only wrestling move!"
