Mel
and Jade waited in their locker room before the big match, nervously preparing.
Linzi stood off to the side, curling her hair. Suddenly, a knock sounded at
their door. Mel headed over and opened it. David was there. "Hey.,"
Mel smiled and motioned him in. He came in and watched Mel go across to Jade.
"You ready?," Jade nodded firmly. The four looked at each other. Mel
glanced at Linzi. "You sure you want to come?," Linzi nodded.
"Yeah. We gotta stick together. Besides, you might need someone to knock a
head or two...," They all laughed. David rested an hand on Mel's shoulder.
"Well, lets do it.," They exchanged a group high five and headed out.
Mel watched angrily as Buff
threw David over his shoulder. Beside her was Jade, who was tensed up to fight.
Linzi was on the outside eyeing Vince. Just then, Mel noticed Hollywood Hogan
and The Wolfpack on the ramp. Jade saw them too. "Watch your back.,"
Mel nodded. Kelley was beside Big Poppa Pump, looking curiously at the Wolfpack.
Mel frowned. It was obvious that she hadn't know they were coming. Mel's eyes
narrowed. Something was up. David slid over to their side and tagged Mel in. She
flew in to the ring, and Buff quickly tagged in Kelley. Mel and Kelley stood for
a second, eyeing each other. Mel motioned. "What's a matter, didn't think
you could do it yourselves?," Kelley frowned. " I don't know why they
are here.," Mel snorted. "Uh, huh.," Kelley sighed. "I
didn't. I told Scott to leave them in back.," She looked at Scott, who
shrugged. Then Mel noticed the Wolfpack was creeping down the aisle. She scowled
and motioned for a mic. "Hey, this was a six person tag, not a handicap
match!," Steiner grabbed the mic. "Hey, Hollywood. What are ya doing?
I told ya not to come out.," Hollywood grinned. He had a mic of his own.
"We thought we would come out and...eliminate David Flair and his little friends.,"
Mel slipped back toward Jade and David, and Linzi hopped up on the apron. They
glanced at each other. "Uh, what now?," Mel questioned. Jade shrugged.
" I guess we fight.," David nodded. "Alright. One, two,....three!!,"
They jumped off the ring and ran at the NWO, fist flying. Linzi grabbed a chair
and jumped in. But they were out numbered. Mel shrieked as Stevie Ray smacked
her with the slap jack. She fell to the floor. Suddenly, she saw Kelley saying
something to Scott and Marcus. Next thing she knew, they were running in
and...beating up on the NWO! Then Mel saw Linzi being lifted up by Lex Luger...who
was promptly floored by Billy Kidman! Mel grinned. The odds had just gotten
even. Mel saw Hollywood Hogan with his hand around David's throat. With a yell,
Mel launched herself at him, landing on his back and sinking her teeth in. He
screamed in pain and dropped David. Suddenly, out of nowhere, Jade came out of
the brawl...with the taser. She started zapping. Brian Adams saw the taser and
ran. Mel grabbed Jade's arm when she went to zap Scott and Mark. "They
helped us.," Jade nodded. Soon all that was left was their team. They
looked at each other. Linzi grinned and gazed adoringly at Kidman.
"Cool.," Mel smiled at Kelley. "Why did you help us?,"
Kelley smiled. "Cause I knew it wasn't fair.," Mel nodded, then
motioned toward Buff and Steiner. "How about them?," Kelley grinned wickedly.
"I told them that if they didn't help...they wouldn't be getting any for a
long time.," Mel laughed. Then she saw David, alone in the corner. She went
over and put her arms around him, hugging him tightly. He smiled. "What was
that for?," Mel smiled shyly. "I haven't been very nice to you. I hope
you can forgive me.," David grinned slyly, looking a lot like his dad.
"Well. Sure. On one condition.," Mel cocked her head. "What's
that?," David grinned. "You come hang out with me in my hotel room
tonight.," Mel blushed. Then she grinned. "Well...Jade..," She
turned to her friend. Then she realized Jade was very busy making eyes at
Juventude Gurrera, who had came out with Kidman. Mel laughed. "Sure. I'll
be there.," David grinned and, right in the middle of the ring, gave her a
huge kiss.
