____He has shown over and over again to be a worthy running back. He has speed, agility, vision, hands and most importantly: Patience. He waits for his blockers to set something up then he blows through the gap for a career average of 4.5 yards. Go back 30 years in Chiefs history and you won't find a running back on the roster who had better. For all these years he's played fullback, he's quietly done what has been asked of him, he's been the lead blocker, he's just 61 catches shy of being KC's all time leading reciever, and when he's been given the shot he's run and he's run well.

____Right now he's listed as the number 2 half-back on the roster, however this is his time to shine. Gunther has said that the best man is going to win the starting jobs, and Kimble may very well be that best man. Some say that he can't carry a full load, well look at his college days--he carried that full load, he was just never give that many carries in the NFL to see. They say he doesn't have enough speed, and true, why he may be a bit on the slow side, he is quick. Quick to the hole, quick past the hole. This is a guy who is a true work-horse. This is a guy who will pick up the yardage when you need it.

____Above all, Kimble is a man of class. He never gets mad and if he does, he doesn't show it. He never whines about not getting enough work. He always does what is asked of him. He doesn't make the stupid mistakes. He's not the type to go out and get in trouble with the law. If your kid wants to be a football player then Kimble Anders is the type of guy that you want him to look up to. Kimble has not always been treated fairly by the Chiefs coaches, but he's always performed well for his task at hand.
