1.  Borrower must  be a member of Northen California Kannada Koota.
    ( Please contact Treasurer for membership  Kannada Koota  )

2..  Books must be returned/ renewed within 30 days.  There is a fine of  $1 per day after the due date.

3.   Books must be returned  in the condition as they were at the time of issuing.
      As a courtesy to other members please take good care of old and new books.

4.  Maximum of  two books will be issued at any time.

5. Initial borrorwer  is entirely responsible for returning books. Issued books can not be transferred to other
   members.  Borrower continues to be liable for damages/ loss.
