Newark Eagles

The Newark Eagles enjoyed a mediocore sim which only would seem right
since there season has been mediocore.  The pitching came around in the
last sim with the pitchers throwing better.  The bullpen led by Pete
Richert seems to be the strength of the pitching staff.  Rumors swirl
that a deal may be made with Helena for some of their pitchers.  This is
looked upon as being completely insane as Helena pitching has been more
like batting practice.  GM Felix feels though that there are some OK
arms there and a change of location could help.  The highlight of the
sim was winning the last 2 games against the mighty St. Louis team. 
Pete Richert showing why he is the top relief pitcher in the league
pitched the final inning in both games striking out the side each time. 
In the second game the side struck out on an amazing ten pitches which
shows that Richert has the tools.  Newark continues to shop all its
players except Ott but teams have not responded.
