AL Review

Well the AL has changed from last year when it comes to the leaders. The same 4 teams had be fighting it out since the league started well mostly. Those would be the Indians, M's, O's and Red Soxs. and last year those were the playoffs teams but things have changed. The Indians are no longer in first place in the central. The M's, damn those M's nothing has seemed to change but they are proably worse off then last year but still in first. The O's have hit rock bottom!! They are in the cellar of the AL East 13 games out of first. While those Red Soxs are 2 games out of the wild card and not looking as strong as they are in 3rd place for the wild card hunt.

The new people are the White Soxs, Tigers, and the Yanks:) and the old team the M's who would have playoffs spots early in the season. Right now most team would be surpised by the Tigers up since the team sucked until the new GM came along and started getting some talent like Greg Maddux and his sub .5 ERA. BJ Lynch has done a great job with the team and they look playoff bound as they have 7 games on the 2nd place Yanks:(

Well when it comes to divinson it seems like there is no comparision to the AL EAST except maybe just maybe the AL West. Right now the only team to have every team with a sub .500 no divinson records are the AL Central and boy do they suck. Tiger GM was quoted as saying" I would rather play the winner of the AL Central then you(refering to the Yanks)" Which this statement just tells how much the AL Central has fallen but on a good note they gave the Tigers one of their 2 non divinson loss. And by them I mean the Royals. As for a team with every team with a plus .500 non divinson record only 2 divinson have it and they would be the AL West and the AL East.

Well good luck to all the teams that have a shot at the playoffs because in the AL you are going to need it.
