Kansas City Kings

Kings lose 2nd this year, still look strong for division title

The Kansas City Kings, coming off their 2nd loss this year, are striving harder and harder to stay with Kyle's Packers, the other NFC Central Team that is 9-2. In the King's two losses, they have lost by a COMBINED total of 6 points(a FG each game).

2nd string to starter HB Curtis Martin showed his 1997 form scoring 3 TD's in one of the two previous weeks, he has had offensive player of the week 3 times this year. Linebacker Allen Aldridge, is being intergraded into the lineup this week, he has made the pro bowl 2 years of the league's 3 existing.

Looking ahead, KC should face GB or Maine in NFC Championship(bidding division winners beat wildcards) and the winner of the NFC should face Parts Unknown in the Web Bowl.
